Help with order

On my last order, unfortunately the envelope was damaged in the mail, and arrive without the product. I gave the details to Ken T. using online chat, and a replacement order was sent out immediately and arrived packaged well. Very good customer service experience!

I can understand the difficulties in an order this size and especially since it was part of a sale promotion. A lot of friends and I went in together to take advantage of the wonderful savings. I ordered online as it is very easy to do so. I did have to communicate with customer service a few times about the time it took to get all the shipments but each customer service person was so friendly and helpful. You feel you can really trust that everyone is taking care of you. This was especially important since it was not only my order but many friends as well. And on a side note we all lost weight and loved it!

I placed the order online. The whole process took about 10 minutes from navigating the list of drugs, to inputting my billing information. The drugs all arrived within about 10 days and it couldn't have been easier.
