credit card safety

I was little nervous about ordering from two differen pharmacys at the same time. But everything went off with no problems even arrived together. If you pay with a credit card it seems you always have to call the company the next day. I think its great because they are very careful that you are who you say you are. I dont mind a little extra security when it comes to things like this.

Treatment of Misdelivery of Product

The major deficiency of this order is the repeated missing order of Celexa and Remeron. The live chat function provides a best means for me to communicate with your company in solving the delivery problem. Your staff is helpful in explaining why it may happen through the interactive live chat. They have to pacify the discontent of the client.

However, there is one point for your company to consider is: how to enhance the effectiveness of the product delivery to the client and avoid the misdelivery. It helps preventing the necessity of remedial work.

After trying several other places to place orders I was very disappointed with the customer service and delivery times that were stated and orders placed that were never filled. Great results. I am very satisfied with the generic brand. I have used the viagra brand sildenafil and found that the generic brand supplied almost identical as the name brand ... as supported by the website documentation! Ordering was quick and simple and communication about the deliver status was received via email. Delivery was within the time frames quoted before placing the order and the packaging was discreet and secure. Will I order again? Absolutely.

Credit Card Processing

When I placed this particular order my credit card would not go through for some reason. I immediately called the 800 number to check on the problem. Not only did the customer service agent explain what went wrong, the agent also corrected the error & the credit card processed immediately & my order status was up to snuff & processing as it should. This whole transaction only took about 15 minutes from start to finish. I wasn't transferred to another agent numerous times, nor was I placed on hold for a long period of time. It was a pleasant experience & my products arrived a week sooner than I expected. Again PharmacyEscrow.com came through with flying colors!

The two products, Cozaar and Uroxatral, were exactly the same quality as those previously purchased at retail. However, these two products were 75% to 80% less expensive. I will continue to order my prescription drugs from PharmacyEscrow.com.
