The customer service was excellent, both order process and follow up...was able to speak to a live person.....they were very committed to keeping any fraud from happening to both their and my accounts.
Only issue is the time it takes to receive the order even when using priority shipping.

I am very impressed with the quality of my order. I have already lost 10 pounds in a week's time. Everyone was very friendly while processing my order. I had some issues navigating the website, and I called and spoke with Customer Service. They got my issues resolved right away and were extremely friendly. As usual, the process of ordering with this service was quick and straightforward. No Problems with Shipment

I ordered my HCG from an Indian pharmacy. The order was shipped on 2/10/09 and I received it 2/26/09. The order was accurate and I am very happy with the timing of the order. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you track it on USPS then it will not show where it is until it is actually in the US.
