I ordered this product from another site and it never arrived. I then ordered from this site and was able to select the 'Express Delivery' service. I was very impressed to receive the order within 7 days of when it was posted. I was also able to log into the web site and use the online chat function to get an update on the progress of my order. The tablets delivered were of a high quality and well packaged. I cannot fault the service. The only thing that would improve the outstanding service even more would be if you accepted more forms of payment - eg Solo or Mastercard.

I was so pleased to receive this order...both medications arrived in manufacturer's packaging, with the medications individually sealed. I feel very confident using both. Outer packaging was discreet and this also pleased me. I would indeed, be 100% pleased, if only the delivery time was a bit more expedient. I must also state that the customer service with this order was absolutely excellent and THAT was wonderful! I will definitely order again, in the future.

There was some initial confusion with Pharmacy Escrow, since I had a prescription written by my own doctor. I had trouble finding the FAX number to send it to them. A call to customer service answered that quickly and I FAX'd my script over, but PE still phoned me (at night) to ask what I was going to do about a script. I don't like this at all and I don't like getting phone calls from vendors at home - that's why I have an email address. Pharmacy Escrow needs a box to check on their profile page to select preferred method of contact. Anyway, the people were nice and once the script issue was straightened out, all was well. The cost was competitive with the non-US insurance reimbursed cost. The medications arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. They worked fine - what else is there to say?
