The customer service I received was beyond what I expected. Extremely courteous and helpful in regards to helping me track my order. Not to mention, the time they predicted it would take for my order to arrive was on point. The medication was shipped as requested, and proved to be extremely effective, which means I can be assured that it wasn't tampered with. I placed the order everything went perfectly smooth. My concern over the manufacturer was unfounded since one of my daughters lost 40 pounds and my other daughter lost 24 pounds with the HCG from HuCog. I never had to call anyone the shipment came without any trouble faster than I thought it would PharmacyEscrow.com emailed me with updates and kept me well informed.

When my previous order showed that it was held at the border a PharmacyEscrow.com representative contacted the pharmacy and made sure that they would reship the confiscated order along with this current order together to get my products to me sooner. I ordered this product after doing extensive research on the HCG protocol diet and let me tell you, It is definitely worth every dime spent. Honestly, I was skeptical at first, but right now I have almost completed my first cycle and please believe I will be ordering more. I have seen substantial weight lose. My overall being is very pleasing. I feel alot better and I have alot more energy. So from user to anyone looking for advice, It is definately worth it!!!!

Great product and customer service - be prepared for long wait, though

I had to contact customer service a couple of different times with questions before I placed my order. Each time the wait on the phone was minimal, and everyone with whom I spoke was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.
The only negative was that it took almost a month to receive my order. Fortunately, I wasn't in a rush. I now know I have to allow extra time for shipping!!

I was very cautious about ordering from an online pharmacy. I spoke with both an online customer service representative and also spoke with a representative by phone before I placed an order. I found the customer service helpful and reassuring. The range of medications obtainable through PharmacyEscrow.com was one of the best I had found and prices were also reasonable. My first order arrived on time (less than 20 days after ordering) and the quality was as good as any local pharmacy. I feel that I can trust this company and will use them for future orders.

This order was executed within reasonable time. The online chat service now works again and far more satisfactorily when compared to last two years. The parcel packing was neutral, which is important, no problems at all.

I placed my order on line and got my order correct but it took almost a month but was surprised that it was exactly what I ordered. I also appreciate the timely information regarding Bird Flu and such keep up the good work. But make deliveries faster please.
