This was my first time ordering medical products from out of the country. It took quite awhile for the shipment to arrive, longer than I had expected. I ordered the HCG from Hong Kong and the kit came from America, and the kit from America took longer than the Shipment from out of the country. Not quite sure why when I asked I felt like I got a standard answer, please give the time allowed and after that if you don't get then contact us. The product was wonderful though.

This product is wonderful. I went on it the first time and lost 23 lbs in 30 days. I looked so good that my friends and family all wanted it the next time. I got 3 in my immediate family and 6 friends to do this program with me the second tine around. The down side is the length of time it takes to ship, it takes about 3-4 weeks to arrive in the US. I wish there was a faster turn around or that you could pay for faster shipping. I opted on the 2nd order to have the in plant rush, but didn't notice any time difference as promised. I would not recommend paying the additional cost for it.

I was uncertain about ordering from an on-line pharmacy, but my insurance wouldn't pay for the full amount of the medication I needed. I had no problems with the order, the medication is generic but just as effective, and the price was right. I will continue to order form here.

When I first placed my order I was skeptical, not knowing if I would receive my order. I called to inquire the status of my order and the staff were found to be extremely friendly, patient and helpful. I received my order in great time and was happy with my product.

The webiste was very clearly layed out and uncomplicated.
A few days after I ordered the product on the site, I received a call from customer service telling me that my order had been dispatched. The person on the line was very polite and answered very well a couple of questions I had regarding the product.
Package arrived within a week so no complaints there. Quality is great too - very happy with the service altogether.

Ordering on the website was very easy to do, took no time at all.
Received a phone call informing me that the order had been dispatched within a few days, received the goods within 10 days of that.
Staff on the phone were very helpful, product itself seems to be of very high quality - works perfectly.

I love it!! As I've said so many times before this is the best product on the market today for very easy and painless weight loss. I've tried so may diets in the past with out permit success. But HCG work as promises if you follow the diet. It's magic!!

When I placed my order I did not get a confirmation number for my payment and had to call customer service. My wait time was only a few minutes and my payment was researched and showed as it did not process. The CSR addressed the issue and my order was completed within a few more minutes.

The following day I received a phone call for my medical history, because I skipped that part somehow too. The call was quick and my order was approved and shipped.

I processed with priority shipping and had my order in under 3 weeks!
