I'm one of the many Americans who, because of my circumstances, cannot afford my medication through the local drugstore. I need the medication I take for my well being and will likely have to take it for the rest of my life. I turned to on-line PharmacyEscrow.com services in the hopes of reducing the cost. I did a lot of research before settling on PharmacyEscrow.com, and from the beginning of the ordering process to the prompt delivery at the end, their service has been extraordinary and life changing. I am very impressed with your live chat. However, every time I order I have a problem paying for it with my visa card. I always have to go to the chat line, why? Also, I was impressed with your free shipping lifetime that I paid for as it has worked out very well. I do get a little nervous if my order takes a long time, however, I have gone to the chat line and people are most helpful. At times, I hestitate to order because to get my order through, I always have to go to the chat person.

After I placed my order I called customer service to check on it. The person I spoke to was very helpful and answered all my questions.
When our conversation ended I was satified that I would receive my order on time. It came the next day.

Product ordering experience.

I was referred to this website by my sister who is using the hcg and having very good results with it.
The website took me right to the hcg when I put hucog in the drug search box. It could not find it as Hcg. Once there there was a complete listing of the different units available with unit prices and a listing of how long it would take to get to me depending on where it comes from. I am impressed that you have a health questionaire to screen the people ordering the products. I have since referred a number of people to your website wanting to loose weight with Hcg. I myself am putting in a repeat order for Hcg. Thank you for what you do and the service you provide.

Product was of excellent quality, but the shipping time was horrible. It took almost 4 weeks to get the HCG, when the pharmacy said it shipped after a week. There was no way of tracking and I was completely left in the dark. I was told by different managers that they would call back and they never did

Wow, I heard a lot of negative thing about ordering on line. This was the easiest thing I've ever order. I love the fact that if you have any question about your order you can go on line right there and have a person answer all your question and guide you thru each step . I also thought the customer service was great. They were very friendly and polite you don't find that much anymore in retail sales. Thanks PharmacyEscrow.com. Oh yeah, my order right on time.
