I have loved working with you. I have had nothing but great things. The only thing that I think can be improved is I have no way of tracking my order. I put in the tracking number and I can't tell where it is. If you get that worked out then people can tell where the order is.

Worry Free online ordering

We had our troubles ordering online medicine and decided to try PharmacyEscrow.com and their service. Like many, we wanted to know what happens when things don’t go exactly right, which is a good test for any service or company.
We’ve had trouble using a Gift Card in the web order pages, but here the Chat personnel take care of that for us. We’ve made several orders with PharmacyEscrow.com and are very pleased with how professional and friendly the help and attention to detail are. Our shipments arrive at the right time, and if there is a problem PharmacyEscrow.com goes the extra steps to take care of it and notify us. We’ve had our troubles with online meds but find PharmacyEscrow.com has taken the worry out of ordering. The pharmacy delivers the right meds and of great quality. The shipping time is longer, but for the service we receive it is well worth it. I (and my husband) recommend PharmacyEscrow.com and hope the shipping times can be improved for near perfect service.

This product seemed not to be very effective. I didn't see much change in weight of figure. I wonder if I mixed it wrong with the bacterostatic water So I ordered a new batch.

The product was excellent it does seem to take a long time to receive but 3 weeks is worth the wait. I have lost some weight and am happy. Other people are noticing there is a difference.

Lost goods, broken promises, 3 month+ delivery time

This really has been an incredibly poor experience. The initial order was made in November 2008, plenty of time for ESCROW to deliver before New Year and my planned diet in January, if they'd only live up to the 3 weeks they promise.
Every single time I spoke to someone on the live chat, they "assured me" everything would be delivered by "the end of the week". Well, it took 6 weeks chatting, screaming, pleading and demanding before the delivery finally came through. The quality of the product is indeed VERY good, but the "service" or lack thereof and the innumerous broken promises has deferred me from recommending ESCROW to more friends (1 of which seems to be going through the exact same experience right now) until I have assured myself that recurrences of this will not happen again.
