Was pleased to get the order. Took longer than expected. Wasn't aware that order was broken into smaller quantities to ship and that they arrived several days apart.

I had never used the "chat" feature and was surprised at how easy, fast and helpful the service was. The support person was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous.
