I called the 877 number and had the most pleasant person help me to complete my order. The process was easy and everything was read back to me to check for accuracy. Great Customer Service

I rated this support outstanding because I never ordered from an online pharmacy before and I was a little hesitant. However, I placed the order anyway with the faith that what I was told about this company would be true. Needless to say, it was. When I placed my order in November 2010, I did not know what to expect. I received the package in the time that they had stated. I opened up the package and counted the vials. There were 20 vials, so I thought. I began taking the HCG in January 2011 and I believe that is was in February or March that I had discovered that I did not receive 20 vials of HCG. I had received 10 vials of HCG and 10 vials of sodium chloride. After this discovery, I immediately called Pharmacy Escrow (PE) after 4 months to let them know about my dilemma and without delay, questioning, or hesitation PE sent the other 10 vials out free of shipping. Way to go Pharmacy Escrow! I have since referred three other people to place orders with PE. Without reservation, I will recommend PE to anyone that has to order medications. Thank You PE for your superb service!

When my credit card had trouble processing like I read might happen, I got notification and a message that this might happen and that they would try again. Out of country charges usually have problems going through the first time, but the second time it went through with no problem. I called to check on the status of my delivery and was told exactly where it was in the process and when to expect it. It arrived and I had better results with the HCG than I had when I paid big bucks for it in America. I'm ordering again.

Place your order and no problems. Excellent. If you live in the United States this order will take 3 to 4 weeks because it is being shipped internationally. So you should order well in advance if you need it right away.

As this was the first time ordering from PharmacyEscrow.com, I have to say that I was hesitant. I read reviews from other customers and appreciated what they had to say...and now it is my turn to tell you about my experience! I received exactly what I ordered. It was packaged properly. I was able to track the shipping of my order and even created an email notification to get the most up to date tracking of my purchase. After receiving my order, I went back on to the website to view videos so I could prepare my purchase properly. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and the service and WILL use them again!
