Even though I ordered meds coming from three different areas of the globe, they all arrived within a span of 7 days of each other. In this particular case, as one of the meds (probencid) functions to enhance the effectiveness of the other two meds, one might want to order from the same company if the meds are needed right away. With fairly expensive meds like tamiflu, the benefits of taking the two complimentary meds at once helps both conserve resources and speed recovery. The flexibility afforded both by ordering on-line and from different companies around the globe enables your to prioritize cost or speed of delivery, depending on how far in advance you order the meds or how urgently you need the meds. That is highly appreciated.

I love the fact that you have online live chat. I used it several times while tracking my order. I also spoke with a couple of people on the phone, as well, and am thrilled that your customer service agents are so available. There are only two places for improvement: One agent said he would call me back once he was able to track the status of my order, but he never did call. The second area to improve is the ability to actually track an order. At no time during the entire process was I ever able to use your tracking system. Three of my friends were never able to use the tracking system, either. I was told that an order is track-able once it makes it into the states, but it was never working for my three friends or me. I also like the fact that you have your phone number and live chat graphic on every page. That says you are concerned about providing good customer service. Some places bury the contact us information so people don't bother them, but you lead with that information. That is a very good sign. I will order from you again, and tell others about you, as well. Thank you!

i have sports injuries all the time and this product eliminated the symptoms so I can lead a normal life. They also sent needles which was also very appreciated.

This order was seized by US Customs. After 3-4 weeks, when I had not received my order, I contacted your company and a replacement order was sent and arrived in another 3 weeks, with no problem.

This was my first order with PharmacyEscrow.com, and I was a bit impatient while waiting for the order. The customer service at this time was not as pleasant as it is now. The order also took longer than was expected, and there were no returns from customs. I am not sure what the hold up was, and customer service was a bit "short" when I inquired about the order. I am pleased that the service has improved so much since this time.
