Good service, but sent wrong medication

I was very impressed with the customer service, but I was disappointed that they sent the wrong product. It was a close substitute however, so I am trying them again.

I want you to know how very pleased I am with your service. It is very professional and everyone, whether a live chat or by phone is extremely courteous and professional. One thing I particularly like is the fact that I am not swamped with phone calls. You have done exactly as I requested: notifying me by email when it is time for a refill. This is done is a very timely manner, allowing plenty of time for my order to arrive. I never have to miss a dose of this medicine due to waiting for it to be delivered. I had no problems with the delivery, the cost was less than anywhere else. Pharmacy Escrow is wonderful and very easy to use. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase. Quality of product is very good.

The exact same medications as in your pharmacy but hundreds cheaper. Ordering from Pharmacy Escrow is easy with no hassle and I have never ever had an issue with billing or delivery or quality of product.

Since I do not have insurance, my Doctor writes the prescription and I order from Pharmacy Escrow and get the best price around. They save me hundreds over the local pharmacy.

REAL HCG!

I lost 23 pounds using Hcg I purchased from Pharmacy Escrow. I have tried Hcg from other companies and was VERY hungry and did not lose weight. Shipping takes a little longer with Pharmacy Escrow but it is worth getting REAL Hcg! Customer service representatives are very helpful and friendly also.

Hello, my name is Rod and I wanted to talk a little bit about Pharmacy Escrow, the service I received. I’ve actually been making orders through them for Levitra, the generic product for the last three years, the last order that I received, you know went pretty much the same as the others but this time around I placed it online and in the past I have done it through the 800 number which means that I had a chance to talk with the people directly and every time that I have has been one that I always sense that they were trying to be helpful and making sure the order is right, the amount of time that it takes is reasonable and the expectation is always within about 2 week period of time and there has been one time in the past where that wasn’t the case but still, when I inquired the people were very helpful. The product quality has been superior, I’ve never had a problem with it, never thought that I was getting anything less than what I would at the regular pharmacy and so, I’ve been quite pleased with the product and it’s the reason why I continue to buy it but in any event I would say on a 5 star rating, I would give Pharmacy Escrow a 5 star just because the results have always been good and always at the top level. I certainly hope you all find, you know the same reward that I did using Pharmacy Escrow, thank you.
