The delivery of this order was delayed. As my injection due date approached, and I had not yet received my medication, I immediately contacted PharmacyEscrow.com. The customer service associate that I spoke with was very helpful and assured me that he would have another prescription filled and shipped out express. Though I believe that he did do his best to get my order delivered on time, I still missed my due date and had to wait for my cycle to return before being put back on my Depo injections. Again, I do not fault PharmacyEscrow.com. I am in the U.S. and I realize that international shipping is not "perfect," even when I've ordered with enough time to cover any possible shipping lags.
sorry to complain but the order was placed on 2/13/2009 and was not received until 3/24/2009.also was not able to get through to anyone on the phone and made at least 12 phone calls and never got off hold.

I'm new to this whole process and my expectations may be too high, but it just seems like it takes so long to get your order. Maybe its due to where the product is coming from. The other thing is the directions are so vague. How much do you take, How to break a vile. How to mix...I'm a little disappointed.
I am rating the order as poor because it took 3-1/2 months for me to finally get my order. I waited 3 times on hold on the telephone and finally ended up leaving messages on the answering machine twice but NO ONE CALLED back! I would definitely recommend using the live chat instead of the telephone.
Twice I received help from friendly courteous support workers, once in December and again in March.
Tanya, from the live chat, was extremely helpful in suggesting that I have the order shipped by registered mail. She also phoned me today, March 27 to say it had been delivered to the post office. Unfortunately, even though I had provided my PO box number, it wasn't on the package. There is no door to door mail delivery in Squamish so everything is delivered to post boxes. Please make sure to include the PO address if it is given to you!
I hope your new tracking numbers work well, because it was very frustrating not been able to find out where my parcel was. I didn't know if I should phone or wait a while longer. Obviously I should have phoned earlier. Thank heavens I found another way of getting HCG temporarily and now that I have the order, I am set for a while. I do not think I will order again from Singapore. My first order arrived much faster.
When I placed my order by phone the sales representative used very misleading phrases in order to get me to spend extra money. She led me to believe that these extra fees would ensure that the medicine would be here in 7 to 10 business days. When I called customer service after it had been 11 business days, I was told that the phrase "priority processing" that I paid for meant that it would get through the pharmacy in 7 to 10 business days, which is ludicrous--it has never taken 7 to 10 days to get through the pharmacy--ever. Then I was told that "express shipping" really meant REGULAR mail. The representative first told me that it would actually take 10 to 14 business days to get here. Later he changed that to 10 to 18 days. I wanted to register my complaint with a manager, which I did. He then told me it would take 18 to 22 days to get here. I told him I was going to go before he tacked on more time to my sentence. It has been 16 business days, and it is not here still.
Also, let's talk seriously about this fake tracking number that you email us giving a false sense of security! When things go wrong, you think you can refer to the tracking number to find out where your money is and you find out it's just a fake. What good is it to send a tracking number that you can't use until the package is on your doorstep. Infuriating! Do you realize that if this tracking number really worked, you'd have a lot less calls to customer service? Well, that's my story. I'll still be here waiting. . . and waiting. . .
I ordered HCG and it took 3 months to get to my door. After calling over and over i finally got them to reship. I am happy i got it but i needed it 2 months before i got it.
In the past I have been fairly happy with the escrow service. This time it was terrible. I ordered at 11:30 PM my time on November 8th. It recorded it as Monday - I was trying to order the buy 4 get one free - obviously it doesn't take the date when it's on the weekend (or close to it) and reverts to the next business day. I am not happy about that and when on line to talk to an operator 3 times - over 3 hours. Very disappointing. They say they'll work on it right away and then the call goes on and on and no results. The last call they said they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours and of course I haven't heard a word.
On 3/24 I paid for free shipping for life - 4 times a year. I also ordered thyroid assist with that order, but the something happened with the payment so I just went with the hcg then when I finalized the payment they separated it into a separate order. I bought the free shipping for life because of the hcg coming from Europe. I'm sure shipping on the thyroid assist was only a few dollars, but it was counted as one of the 4 for the year. My next order was 8/19 and then 11/10. Now I order on 1/12 - I get charged $30 for shipping. I disagree with this also, because it is really my 4th order not my 5th. Because of this I guarantee I will not purchase other products from you. I am currently looking for a better source of HCG because you didn't stand behind your word. Next time you send out an email promotion you need to list dates and times for it to end. For the amount I purchase and could potentially purchase, I would think you would rather have a happy customer rather than a very disappointed one. I am going to make that clear to all the people I talk to about this product.
