ordered on 26/10/08..arrived 9/12/08...this del time very,very long...( and caused me to buy elsewhere..) As far as I remember I paid for priority shipping.!!..
The order process was easy and an easy website to navigate. I paid extra for priority shipping. This is where the problems started. By paying extra for priority shipping it seems as if it took twice as long to get my order. I have ordered prescriptions through many other websites and has never taken as long as it did on this transaction. I ordered the product on 11/16 and it was finally delivered on 12/19. Once it was sent it didnt take that long but getting it shipped out was a nightmare. I called numerous times and kept getting told it would be shipped out immediately. It's a good thing that this product wasn't life threatening. I guess my problem was just the fact i was told numerous times it was being shipped out to find out the following week it wasn't. Your company came highly recommended by friends and family. I was very disappointed. My order never came and when I called to re-order, the customer service rep had a very thick accent and was difficult to understand. He gave me a hard time about re-ordering. Finally after calling and speaking to two more reps, I canceled my order and had to place a completely new one. No one ever said that my original order was out of stock and did not provide an ETA. Was not happy with service.
Second time ordering. Website ordering was still easy to navigate. Order was placed quite easily. However, I guess because I ordered from a different pharmacy, it did take much longer for my order to arrive. I did have to call 2 or 3 different times to check on my order and was told each time to "give it one more week". After the additional weeks, my order did eventually arrive.
I had no trouble placing my order for this product, or with the escrow or delivery service. The product was delivered quickly, and it was exactly what I wanted. So, thank you!
My issue with the quality of this order relates to a follow-up request that I made, after delivery, requesting a copy of the prescription for this order, so that I could give it to my health insurance company (as they require it to process health fund claims). I spoke to your staff on several occasions and they were always exceedingly polite and helpful - but after a woman at your company told me she would contact the relevant pharmacy to arrange for a prescription to be emailed to me, this never happened. I called back and was told that it may take up to a week for a copy to be emailed, and that I should wait. I am still waiting some months later! Essentially, I have given up hearing from you - phoning is not always possible for me, and so I sent numerous follow up emails to your company asking what the status was. (And yes, I addressed them correctly). I received no reply. It is frustrating when you purport to strive for the utmost in customer service. Put simply, if it was not possible (or, after my initial discussion with your staff, you discovered it was not possible after all) to send me a copy of the prescription, the least you could have done was email me to this effect. (I confirmed during my first phone call that you have my email address and can contact me that way). I am thus not not overly satisfied with this particular order.
I will continue buying this product from you because you do provide a good service in the manner I've outlined at the top of this comment - but your grandstanding about customer service commitments leaves me a little bemused, to say the least...
The first attempt to ship product was lost. It had to be re-ordered and took a very long time. However, I like the fact that PharmacyEscrow.com took responsibility and issued a re-order at no cost to me.
I rated it a 2 out of 5 because of the length it took for delivery. It was almost a month after i placed the ordered that I received it in the mail. Beyond that, the whole process was very simple and I have no complaints
Although the ease of placing the order was good, the delivery time was poor, and exceeded the estimated time of 18 business days. I would appreciate if it could be speedup.
