Broken product

I received the product I ordered but 1/3 of the ampules were broken which was very discouraging. The product that wasn't damaged was very high quality but I wasn't happy with the packing of the glass ampules.

It's been oer 6 weeks and still no meds

Many of my friends have ordered from this same pharmacy with no trouble.. I was very excited to use it. I am frusrated because it has been over 6 weeks and still no medicine.....

I did great on my first round of hcg. I was happy with the service but it did take over 4 weeks to get the product. It also was just just in an envelope. It did not seem very protected or professional. That was the only thing that was inconvenient . thank you

Great communication, but meds shipped to wrong add

I think one of the most important aspects of customer service is being able to reach an agent and get help when you need it... And from the moment I placed the order, it was clear that they were available to help 24/7. This came in most handy when I needed to reach someone to tell them that my order had been shipped to the wrong address. Yes, this is a big mistake, and is very frustrating but these things happen and all you can do is rely on customer service to come through and get another order shipped out as soon as possible. I will have to wait another 2 weeks, but I have faith they will come through. If meds were received and on time, it would have been a 5 star review because everything else was perfect.

Did not get the order

Out of seven orders this is the only one that did not arrive. It was unfortunately seized by customs and sent back. The order was send from India, but as these drugs are now available from European pharmacies also, this is no longer a problem, drugs within the EU will not be seized. Everything else, ease of ordering etc was satisfactorily.

I ordered HCG, mixing kit and injectable Cobamamide. The HCG and mixing kits came within weeks and were fine quality. The COBAMAMIDE has never arrived. I have tried the online chat twice and was told to be patient. On my third try the support tech was a little rude and told me that I had received everything in the order. I talked with a very helpful support tech today who has sent a request to the pharmacy where it was ordered from and I was asked to wait 48 hours for confirmation. I am disappointed with the service on this part of the order. I hvae friends who ordered the same items and received the HCG and COBAMAMIDE within two weeks and never received their mixing kits.
