I have been a customer for several years now and have enjoyed the savings from PharmacyEscrow.com. Only once have I had any problems. The last order I made the expiration date on the medication would occur before I used all the medication. I called the customer service center and they sent me a replacement with the proper expiration date. I was nervous about the whole process, but I returned the medication and my new medication arrived as planned. I will continue to use PharmacyEscrow.com because of their customer service.

This review is for PharmacyEscrow.com. My experience with PharmacyEscrow was that they were able to match competitive prices; I do believe their shipping is quite a bit higher than the competitors. The time they shipped out one of the medications was as promised. The other medication I just received yesterday and I put the order on October 9th. So, I was not really thrilled about that. As far as... Here is the rest of review. The security I would rate on the website as 4 or 5. Delivery from India, I would a 0. Delivery from Australia, I would probably rate a 4 or 5. I know that there is language barrier between myself and people ordering. Other than that, overall, I would rate a 3. Thank you. Goodbye!

Timely order

I thought everything about the order was good except that I wish my pills came in English. My understanding of pills is that they need to be taken in a certain order and I cannot tell from the packaging which end of the package I should start on.

long time to get order

It took a long time to get my order. The first order took well over 6 weeks to be received into customs only to be detained by the FDA. I called and spoke to Jeffery in costumer service who took care of the matter quickly, verified the information and send a new order right away. I was so surprised at how fast I got the 2nd order, because the first order took so long originally, even after I paid for priority shipping. If orders were received as fast as the first order, customers would be much much happier. Thank you.

Good Service - Slow Delivery

Ordering my tetracyline was quite easy with PharmacyEscrow.com. The process was fast and efficient. It did however, take over three weeks for my order to arrive, but my order arrived in good condition and I was happy with my purchase.

The price was the best rate I found and costumer service was very nice and helpful. When it comes down to shipping it takes too long, the packaging is very sloppy and does not look as if it was shipped from a pharmacy. The first time my item was shipped I was missing almost all of the product. i had to take pictures, e-mail and wait. I did not get my product in time for what I needed it due to this mistake.

Stock items not shipped in timely manner...

Both items were listed as being 'in stock' or available for immediate shipment; however, one item arrived 19 days after the initial pckg., with no explanation in the packaging. I was also never able to track either shipment/pckg. - just arrived on the doorstep one day. (Ultimately DID rec. all items purchased.)

This is for order JGH215397. This order did not go as smoothly as predicted, I was still happy with the service however there was some confusion in the order and what the products should be so I didn’t actually get the products that I wanted and there was a little bit of time delay so I would actually give this order only 3 stars but the customer service did make it right in the end however it was just not the most smooth. So everything was corrected by the end but still the overall would be a 3 star.
