Actually I think I was to blame for part of the problem. My daughter tried to place an order on my behalf. She didn't have all of the information she needed, but the system created an account anyway. When I tried to place an order the next day, it wouldn't let me because the system said that the email address I submitted was already on file. I could not place the order unless I had the account number and the password. My daughter never set up an account, due to the lack of information about me. However, one was created. Neither she nor I knew what the account number was or the password. This impeded me from finalizing an order. Furthermore, even though my daughter wasn't able to complete the transaction, specifically she never gave a credit card number, an order for the product was left "on hold". I tried calling the 1-877 number, but no one could figure out how to help me. I was transferred to an operator who tried to help me. So I couldn't place an order because I had no account number or password that I knew of, but an order was placed and put on hold. I had no way of accessing that information. I tried to get someone to tell me what the account number and password were, after they had verified who I was, but your company policy wouldn't allow the operator to do give me that information. I understand why, for security purposes you couldn't release that data. They tried to send me the information at my email address at work, but because it was coming from a foreign source it was blocked. In the end one of the operator's was able to help me get my account information. He told me he would push the order through for me; after I gave him my credit card number and some other information. When I went in to finalize the order, it asked me to include some personal health information which I did, but a screen appeared that told me I needed to re-verify the credit card information.I re-input the information and followed the prompts.
Apparently what happened was that I placed a second order. In the end one of the orders was canceled, my card credited, and I just today, 10/30/2010, picked up my order. In all I spent more than two hours on the phone, with three or four individuals. I recognize that my daughter's attempt to place the order on my behalf caused the problem in the first place, but the system made it extremely difficult to correct the problem. I don't remember the young man's name who helped me, but he should be given an award of some kind. It stayed focused on the problem until he found a solution. I hope this helps in some way.

I made an order and they charged me twice for the order. I was so frustrated that I called and told the guy i was wanted to cancel my order completely. He was very courteous and explained that he could not refund my card for policy reasons. He did give me an extra vial of my HCG, but did not refund me the money. I accepted the conditions since there was "nothing he could do."
The order was lost in the mail. The more I told chat support the more indignant the operator got. I said there is a problem with my order, and was told repeatedly about how it hadn't been 22 days. After a month of waiting it was determined that I was not crazy after all. An inquiry was made and the order re-shipped. It took only 13 days to receive the second order. Though I needed my order in a timely fashion the need was "non- life threatening". I hope I have a better experience with my next order.
The High Purity was better at controlling the hunger, but not as long lasting as the original HCG. I was initially happier with the High Purity in the beginning, but as the diet progressed it seemed to wear off faster than the original HCG. I found I was more hungry in the beginning of the diet with the original HCG, but overall the diet was easier on the original for me. I did two rounds of each, Original and High Purity.

I had great customer service except for the fact that when it came to needing to know the actual dosage of my hcg nobody was able to do that. They also could not show me a video on how to do the injections. You show a video on mixing but it stops at that. I know u are only a pharmacy but I believe it would be wise to have a Dr. on call to answer these questions.
I hate online customer service that seems to be pre-prompted to a list of replies from a drop down box. But all in all i got my order promptly and was notified at each stop along the way from the country i ordered from. The packaging was professional and I would order again and again because you just cannot beat the prices
After being very satisfied with my first order, I placed a second order. This order took much longer than the first time although they were shipped the same way. I did not receive a courtesy call like I did the last time letting me know my package had arrived and the words "HCG" was visibly written on the package. I did not like that. Overall, I guess I'm still satisfied with the product itself.
