Good Service, Mediocre Product

The service from this escrow service is Outstanding. I had a problem with my credit card and they not only emailed me but also called me several times to try to get the issue resolved. The product came in a timely manner and was exactly what I was expecting. This escrows pricing is very competitive as well. Unfortunately I have used HCG once before from another pharmacy and I don't believe this product is working as well. HCG should suppress your appetite to the point that 500 calories a day is too much. When using this HCG, at the same dosage as the prior product, I am MUCH hungrier. I am still losing weight but the diet is very very hard to stick to because the HCG is not suppressing my appetite as it should. Trying the HIGH PURITY kind to see if that makes a difference.

Although the website was an effective tool for ordering purposes, the product was not received after several weeks. However, when I called the service and spoke like with customer service, they reordered the product and sent it to me. I later received the product within two weeks. The packaging leaves me somewhat uncertain as to the origin of the order fulfillment; however, I was satisfied I finally received the product which I had paid for in my original order.

The ampules were crushed. Customer support, however, was very outstanding in providing information i needed and ensuring replacement product was sent to me. Replacement product was effective and undamaged.

I am unsure what you are asking -- quality of my order -- do you mean quality of the product? If the question relates to the product, I have been satisfied with the quality of the hCG that I have ordered.

If the question relates to the customer service support I received, that is a different story. This was the 3rd order I have placed with your escrow service. I hope the next question gives me an opportunity to expand on my experience with customer service.

Recieved but not in the time frame promised

All in all I was happy with this order. I paid for express shipping but it didn't really seem to make to help seed up the order. I think it took just about a month to receive my order. The tracking number given did not work online or over the phone which was frustrating but I was happy with the product when it finally arrived.

Half of order was received

The pharmacy did not have a supply of this product when my order was received. They had another pharmacy ship the product, but in the transfer they entered a number that was half of the amount that I actually ordered. This was an oversight, not intentional.
I contacted customer service and asked for assistance. Initially I did not receive good service, but I was finally able to get them to realize what had happened to my order. They corrected the problem and the missing product was received (at no extra cost to me).
I have used this company several times and this is the only time I had an issue. Since this issue, I have ordered products and had very good results. My experience on this particular order just goes to show that no one is perfect. The company is committed to correcting problems when they occur.

the dostinex didnt deliver on all the hype, however the viagra and nolvadex were both excellent quality

great service and good delivery time but hard to contact was on hold for 30 mins and called many times and had the same problem extensive wait time. then while on hold i was offered a call back feature but did not receive a call back

Product as described & prompt shipping, but I got an e-mail asking me to review product and they'd give me up to $80 credit on my next order.

Then I was told my live chat that the e-mail was sent by mistake. Don't appreciate them wasting my time and getting me to their web site by "mistake".

The first order I placed, I waited over 2 months to arrive to me. The second order I placed I received in a short space of time and I was really pleased with this in addition I was asked if I wanted a reminder sending which I think is a really good idea as I always leave the ordering to the very last minute.
