The two drugs that I ordered, they seem less effective than others I have received. There onset of action seemed long & duration less. It is not clear from site that they were coming from India. May have been there - just not obvious.
I have had a generally good experience with Pharmacyescrow.com in the past. I've received the products I've ordered within a reasonable time frame and they were the product I ordered. On this order however, I ordered Betamethasone Dipropionate Cream and what I received instead was the Ointment, not the Cream. I find that the ointment which is petroleum jelly based is not as effective, especially on my scalp. I had no problem with the Estrace.
When I placed my order, it said that the best way to pay would be with an e-check, which I did. I was later contacted and told that there were problems with the e-checks being slow, and that if I payed with a credit card it would be faster, and that the e-check would be credited back to me. So I did this. I received my HCG in about 3 1/2 weeks. I got a tracking number and tried many times to track my package, but the tracking number would not work. Then I found that I had been charged twice for the HCG. Once by e-check and once by credit card. I called up the toll-free number to inquire, but I had difficulty communicating partly due to a bad phone connection and partly due to a language barrier. The person on the phone was friendly and helpful as could be, but I got no answers. So I sent an email, and then I was emailed back saying that my the money for the e-check was credited back. I checked my bank statement again, but had not been credited back. I decided not to worry about it anymore, and then 2 months later, I saw the amount show up on my bank statement as credited back to me. I'm sure it was the international banking system that was so slow, but it was a bit frustrating to me thinking that I was charged twice. So I would not recommend the e-check system for payment. However, I was very happy with the product and have successfully lost weight with it. And I was especially grateful when I saw that I had been refunded my e-check money and had only been charged once. I used this money to place another order from PharmacyEscrow.com. Thank you.
I have used the Hcg for the hcg diet and lost 22 lbs the first time. I was very impressed with that; however, it took my order forever to get to my home, it was almost 2 months before I got it. I figure if I am paying 30 bucks for shipping for a little 1 pound package, I'd better get my order a whole lot sooner than that.
The reason for my rating, average, is due to the fact that my order was only half. I ordered 3 vials of HGC, they all showed up, but two (2) of the vials had been broken in transit. One of the vials was completely unusable, the second, I was able to salvage about 75% of the contents. I have no issues with the company, other than when trying to resolve this matter, I could not get to the right people. Subsequently, I just decided to eat the cost and not bother with pursuing this any further.
The product was good (of what I got) and delivery was pretty quick. I would and will use them again and hopefully no broken bottles in transit.
Shipping was very slow and no one seemed to be able to give a very good idea of when it would arrive. The product eventually was delivered as promised.
I did get my order, and it was the correct one, but once I got my confirmation that it was being process, I heard nothing for a month until the product arrived.
When I would as the live chat person what was going on, essentially the only response (always polite) was 'wait ___ amount of days'; wait for the eCheck to clear, wait so many days before you can expect to see your product, etc. Not in those words, but that was the message. I was so concerned that my order was lost or something because I didn't hear anything, I placed another one right away to cover my bases.
Both orders arrived within days of each other, so now I know I just have to blindly trust and not get nervous unless at least a month has passed.
When the product arrived, it was as stated, and was not a fake. I was very happy to find your service. My only concern was the length of time it took to get it to my door.
I had no problems with the ordering process. Since the order was a large one, it was split into multiple shipments. (HUCOG). I received one half of the shipment in a timely fashion. After 1 additional week, and receiving a notice that the escrow was completed, I contacted PharmacyEscrow.com and inquired about the other half of the shipment. After staff checked, I found out the at it other portion had not even been shipped out. It was an additional 3 weeks before I received the remainder of my initial order.
Customer service, both live chat and in person, has always been exceptional. The problem seems to lie in the shipping of the orders, especially when it is a large order and sent in multiple shipments.
After this last occasion ( this was not the first time this has happened to me), I placed a call and asked to speak with a supervisor. I did make a suggestion for improving the shipping process and making this a better experience for both the customer and PharmacyEscrow.com. From the HCG DIETERS Yahoo group I have seen many posts of people who have had the same experience. My suggestion is this:
If an order is to be sent in multiple shipments, a tracking number should be issued for ALL shipments rather than just one. This way we would know that all shipments have been made and can track their progress. We would not have to call customer service and have them spend several minutes checking, tracking, and contacting the businesses who were supposed to fill the orders to see what happened.
Other than this situation, I have been very happy with your service and recommend you to all my friends.
