I ordered back in the 10 of March. I found that it took too long for the package to arrive. I however liked the customer service via email and via chat. Via email I felt was generic however via chat was very personalize and like it. The customer service representative gave me all the answers I was looking for and made the wait for the medication bearable.
Have not been able to use the B12 as I am waiting for an opener. Most of the ampules I have used in the past can be opened without using one but not these.
The time it took from order to receiving the medication was just what you said it would be.
The problem: I'm used to taking a 20mg dose. Been on it for a long time. Lost 70 lbs. The medication I received did not seem as strong a dose. I believe it was less than 20mg. Felt like 10 to 15 mgs. Other than that point I'm reasonably happily with your prices and delivery times.
not made clear other products would be needed. the mixture of fluid with the hcg was not a sufficient amount which i don't understand and was not made clear that other items had to be purchased
I have always been pleased with my processes in regards to Pharmacyescrow.com but this time it has been very frustrating for me. I had unknowingly ordered twice when processing my order and sent a comment through the proper channels provided. The support person did not completely read the ticket and did not call me as I requested so I could confirm my order. As a result I was charged twice and caused me grief in my checking account. I have been able to remedy the situation on my end but surely caused me stress. I have decided to write a review of the quality of my order because this is the first time that I have ordered from an international pharmacy. I initially had fears because after the funds had been received and the order was being processed, the next few days, I did not hear anything or receive any emails updating me about the status of my order. Then finally, I received an email that the order had been processed and was ready to be shipped. That was November 19th. I did not receive my order until December 29th. The frustrating part was the conflicting information that was sent in the email and the information that was given when you call the customer service. I received an email that said my order had been sent and a tracking number would follow shortly. well, you cant track the order if you did not order upgraded shipping and even then, it can't be tracked until it gets cleared through customs. It took about 30 business days from the time I received my confirmation of the order being shipped to the time that I received a notification from USPS on my door saying that my package had finally arrived. It was extremely speaking with customer service those last 2 weeks and them saying "give it one more week, because the holiday may have delayed it", but it finally arrived. I will order again, but never at the end of the year.
I got the product as described. It did take longer than it said. It took about 30 days, but I received it in perfect condition. I would reorder from here, but know that it takes a little longer.
I had a very hard time cracking open the ampules (I cut my hand twice) and I was a little worried each time that glass was going into the mixture.. but after purchasing an ampule breaker it seemed to work better. the quality of the actual HCG was fine.
