This order took quite a bit longer than I had anticipated and I had even payed extra for expedited processing. But although I was upset about the delay in getting my order, I have to say the customer service people handled it with such patience and were very helpful to me and took care of the problem.

The ordering process was very easy and straight forward. My only complaint was in the correspondence following my order. I was given a tracking number that indicated it was a USPS tracking number and a date the product was to have been shipped. I contacted customer service multiple times to find out the status of the order because it was taking longer than I had expected and each time I was told that I wouldn't be able to track the package until it reached US customs. I continued to try to track the package on a daily basis with no results. When the package finally arrived, the tracking number they had given me wasn't a USPS tracking number at all. It was an India Post tracking number. Had they given me this information to begin with I would have been able to successfully track the package and know right when to expect it.
