Another Great Job

This is my second order with this company. As mentioned in a previous survey I wish they would accept MasterCard without charging an additional fee, otherwise I have no complaints about this site. I placed a duplicate order and during the process had a problem with my computer so was not able to finalize the order. The next day I received a telephone call from a representative of this company that helped me in finalizing that order. The person was so nice and helpful that it made it easy to place my order. As previously, I received several detailed emails updating me on the status on my shipment. I always knew where my order was and when to expect delivery. When my order arrived it was just as the description stated and was exactly what I was needing. My product is fragile so it was shipped in a padded mailer and made it half way across the world without incident AGAIN. I am so satisfied with this website that I will continue trusting them with my medical needs.

When I first placed my order, I did not realize that my HCG kits would be coming from the United States. I was extremely excited (and pleasantly surprised) when my kit came in just 4 business days. Everything arrived safely and was as promised on the website. I will certainly order from Pharmacy Escrow again.

The ordering process was very easy and fast! The page even told me what other things i would need, very convenient. The only problem i ran into was the first tracking number was the wrong company USPS instead of Fedex) then the Fedex tracking number kept coming up as an invalid number. So i would have to call the Fedex 800 number daily to see the status of my order.

Review on Zanaflex

I wish I had gotten the E-mail before I put in my next order. The Zanaflex that you had was only 2mg. I had gotten the 4mg before and I had to pay more for the 2mg than the 4mg. It always takes a long time to get the order. I am glad to get the order. I am also glad you have never ripped me off.

I placed an order for HCG and soon found out how helpful the customer service is. I lost internet service halfway through my order and had to call the 800 number to complete the process. They were very accommodating and completed my order. My only negative experience was that I did not receive emails #1-3, just email #4 stating that my order was shipped. I had to log on to the live chat twice - once to get my login information and a second time to ask if my email address was actually attached to my account - to ensure further emails. It was frustrating, but I believe it all goes back to loosing internet during my order; however, the operator did read my email address when processing my order. I got my HCG kit very quickly and it ended up being about 2 weeks from order to delivery for the actual HCG Pregnyl - which was the expected time frame that was explained on your website. I wasn't at home on delivery day and was left a notice to go to my post office to pick up the envelope. I am only on day 3 of my injections, but I am looking forward to great results!

I have ordered through this company 3 times and also from friends. The service is very professional and very trusted. All the products I have ever received or received for friends have been found to be of BEST quality. Our results have been so fantastic that others are starting to following each and every day.
The service I receive is better than the best. My order is tracked and when I need any information about it the service team is always there to assist me. I had only one problem with my last order. It was sent to me then returned because my address was entered wrong but it was taken care of and resent.. This is the only place I will ever order from because number one in my book is TRUST and I know I can always trust them.

It is high quality, well packaged and well priced.

We had a slight issue with the expiry and they came to the rescue, interfaced with the Supplier and got newer, longer expiry medicine.

To be fair, the issue itself was caused by ME buying further out than my normal practice of 12 months not because of anything inappropriate by the Pharmacy: what they sent just did not fit my specific needs on that order.

Everyone jumped in and solved the problem fully and completely.

Everything was okay in the end

I ordered brand name Arimidex from this pharmacy, but I received generic Anastrozole by mistake. This was upsetting at the time, and I felt cheated, but Pharmacy Escrow was very helpful and understanding in resolving the mistake with the pharmacy. I was asked to take a photo of the medication and the matter was resolved within a few days. I received a prompt refund for the difference in price, and this restored my confidence in Pharmacy Escrow and the pharmacy.
The pharmacy did send me an email with the dispatch date shortly after my order was placed, but the tracking number for the order did not work. It was also shipped from another country than it said, but the medication was sourced from New Zealand, so that was the main thing, and I still had to sign for the order. I wasn't too happy with the expiry date, it was supposed to be at least a year away, but it was closer to 6 months, so I expected it to be newer. Although this particular order didn't go smoothly, everything was okay in the end, and I would order from this pharmacy again.
