Delivery

The content was well packaged and everything was in the package. It did take 30 days to arrive, the delivery time could be a little shorted. The contents was the real deal; it worked like it was suppose to. When I had questions about my package you responded quickly and efficiently. Thank you for your professionalism.

The quality of the product is excellent. This is the first time I'm trying the high potency HCG and it's great so far. The only down side is that the delivery time ran to the very last day.

Good persistence to straighten out order and make sure it went through, the order was shipped a little slow, but that is to be expected when dealing with international orders. Good work on making a good operating system.

confusing packaging

was not clear on how to break open and mix - not as easy as hcg to use. I was not clear on how to inject the product and or mix it if necessary. It did give me more energy though!

I tried this brand and while it worked, other brands have worked a little better in my opinion. As usual, your staff is fantastic and service was prompt and courteous. I have referred many friends to your site. They all are as pleased as me. Keep up the great work!

Good product, good price

The first order I placed was as described, was delivered quickly and much cheaper than purchasing in my home country. The second order I tried to place proved to be more difficult, they do not accept Master Card, i tried to use my partner’s visa, however this then caused issues as the card was registered to a different person than the account holder. Now changing the account name into my partner’s name, I'm hoping that this issue will be resolved.

Surprised by supplier change, but made right

I originally ordered this through a Romanian pharmacy and paid a premium for the medication due to a problem I had with an earlier order shipped from an Indian pharmacy that had affixed a label on the outside of the package stating the contents (very embarrassing, and a dangerous thing for me).
After ordering from the Romanian source I received an email from staff stating that they had a backup at their Romanian supplier and had automatically switched my order to an Indian supplier.
Having paid a premium and expecting another "discreet" package from India with the contents clearly described I was very angry at this switch and wrote in the staff to voice my complaint and cancel the order.
To my surprise the staff listened to my situation, apologized for the inconvenience, and guaranteed me that the former labeling issue would not happen again. They credited my account for the difference in price and then some for the inconvenience.
The package arrived in good time from India discreetly, the contents were packed well and the product was fresh and undamaged.
Overall despite the unexpected switch my confidence was bolstered by the clear communication and customer oriented attitude of the pharmacy staff.
