Everything you could need!

I am an RN and if I were to supply a kit to any of my patients, I would put everything that this kit included. If someone else were doing the shots for you, you may want to purchase some gloves. But otherwise, I am impressed with all of the equipment and the number of equipment available.
The shipping is a bit expensive, but that is the only drawback.

I ordered for the first time some HCG Pregnyl. I was worried at first, wondering if I was ever going to get the product I ordered, if this company was really legit. Well I will say dealing with them has been great. After becoming impatient and concerned about my shipment I wrote them an email. I got a response a day later telling me although I could not track the package yet everything still looked fine on their end.
I sent another email after 2 weeks had gone by this time thinking I was going to get the same answer. Although I did get the same answer they were able to give me more details which made me feel more secure. Being honest though I wasn't really secure until the package showed up at my house, now I have no worries about ordering from them. The biggest inconvenience has nothing to do with them at all but the waiting for the postal system:)

The shipping was slow, and I received a substitute product instead of the cytomel. However, it was a very smooth transaction and I have no complaints, as there were no hassles.

Very Impressed with Ease of Ordering my HCG

I was so nervous about ordering my HCG online. At first I had a complication with my payment being processed. I was able to speak with a Live Chat staff member right away and they were always more than helpful and understanding to my concerns. Honestly, I bugged them all the time for the nest 2 days! They were always there to help me no matter what time of day it was. The best part about this process is that I thought it would take weeks to get shipped to me. I estimated about 20 days. Believe it or not...they got my order to me more than a week earlier than expected which was the best surprise of them all!! I am now completely comfortable ordering all my HCG needs through this website. Even if a problem arises I know that there will be someone there who understands and is able to help me. Thank you!!

I would have rated a 5 because every customer service rep. that I spoke to was very accommodating. I received the products I ordered earlier than I was told or had anticipated. I only rated it the 4 because I ordered a sublingual kit but was sent the injection kit instead. But once I sent the package back I was sent the correct package and I also given a credit on my account for the inconvenience. So I am very happy with my service and products. I will be ordering again this week. Thank you very much for all of the assistance and care.

The customer service was absolutely wonderful, they were always very helpful and prompt. Being my first time to order from this company i was skeptical but the service i received made me feel confident. The Pregnyl came in the time that was stated when i ordered with a signature required for delivery i just received it today and will get started soon . The HCG kit arrived first, i am not very happy with this product as it cost roughly $60 more to purchase and it was in travel size bottles... i guess i should have read more about it before purchasing

Your company made it easy and comfortable for a first time over seas buyer. The key to my satisfaction was the follow up by associates after each phase of the shipment and email updates. - I will recommend this company to everyone I know.
