Excellent Service, Questionable choice in accesori

I recently ordered HCG for a family member who wished to try the HCG diet. We also ordered the needles and syringes with the meds. We received everything on time with no problems whatsoever. However, I the needles received were for insulin injection which are very small and designed for Subcutaneous injection. The needles for the HCG diet need to be long for intramuscular injection, at least 1.25" but 1.50" is best.

I will continue to use pharmacyescrow.com for HCG meds, but I would not recommend them for the needles unless they change to a longer needle size which is more appropriate for this med.

The service procedure, tracking number, and the agents' attitude were very good. Although the mailman delivered medicine to the wrong address, we were able to get the medicine by using the tracking number.

The product did not come exactly the way that I expected. I was told on live chat that the 10,000IU of HCG would come in a vial, however when I received my order the HCG was in an ampule. This means I'll have to order a vial container to put the medication in, delaying the time in which I can start the medication. Nevertheless, the order did arrive within the time that was stated, and the company did do a top notch job in keeping me informed of the status of my order.

Tamiflu arrived promptly as promised.The only
problem I had was the directions were written in Chinese..This was simple enough to overcome by checking for the standard directions on the internet.

When I ordered this product I did not receive the full amount that I had ordered. I then called customer service and they told me that they would track my order then let me know the status of my order. I am waiting to hear from them.

I placed my order, and within the time given, I received my packages. I did pay for discreet packaging, and when I received it, it said the meds name right on the package. That kind of bothered me. Three packages were sent, but I didn't recieve the third until 3 days later than the rest! Talk about panic!

This was my first time ordering and I was a little nervous about ordering from overseas. The projected date of delivery was a ways out and I became a little nervous but your customer service center assured me everything was fine. I felt comfortable enough by this that I placed a second order before receiving the original order.
