Surprisingly Smooth Experience

I have never ordered pharmaceuticals online, and I was hesitant to do so. I tracked this site down out of a book I was reading - and felt more comfortable as soon as I visited the site.
All the information I needed was at my fingertips. The search engine was fast and efficient. I was able to find what I was looking for, the dosage I wanted and additional information on the product quickly and easily.
When I had a few questions about shipping locations, I clicked on the Live Help and was greeted warmly by a representative within 2 minutes. As my questions was a bit odd, it took him a minute or so to unearth the answer I required. The help I received was fast, courteous and effecient - I could not have asked for more!
The checkout process was smooth. I did not have a written prescription for the medication I was looking for and was taken to a medical history page. I found this to be thourough and non-invasive. I do not know what process that information went through - as there was no follow up asking for clarification on any of the information I'd provided, but I was made aware (via email - as was my specified preference) that my order had proceeded to the pharmacy.
Shipping was slower than I had expected. I contacted Customer Service to trace my package on 2 seperate occasions. Originally, I had been given the wrong courier that would be transporting my package... so I had been unable to track it successfully. The 2nd contact was initiated by the Service Staff. They informed me of their error & provided me with the correct information as well as the tracking status up to that date.
Frustrated that I had been given incorrect information, I was very impressed that they found their own error and contacted me with the corrected facts, as well as all of the pertinant details regarding the location of my order. Again, more than I had expected.
The shipment did finally arrive - approximately 5 weeks after my order was placed. Packaging was discreet, even though I had not specified that option when I placed the order. I would have felt more comfortable if it had been better packed against damage. From the way it was wrapped, I would not have been surprised to find a broken vial, but there was absolutely no damage to the product.

I have just placed my second order and will continue to use this service!

I've used Pharmacy Escrow.com for the first time and got to admit was a little worried as i've never used a site like this before, i received great communication from the company and they set my mind at rest with there professional approach. My card transaction went though fine. I'm hoping that my next transactions will be the same, so, i'll continue to update reviews when i use the company and hopefully will provide some more positive reviews for people reading these reviews. The product come though and was the product i ordered. I'll give 4 0ut 5.....but that will be up to a 5 if they continue to meet these standards.

This is the second time I have ordered from Pharmacyescrow.com and I have to say that this time was better. It still takes about a month to get your product so order in advance but the customer service reps are awesome and you can't beat the prices. I will definitely order again!

I received my order pretty quickly about 7-9 days, sooner if the post office didn't make me go pick it up instead of leaving at my mailbox. Appreciate it I give it 4 stars 5 if I didn't have to pick it up! Not sure if med working but we'll see. Thanks!

The ordering process was easy, and the associates very friendly over the phone. The shipping times were given to me as 18 business days, so shipping time is lengthy. I did call to check on the status of the order about 16 days later and they assured me that the package was in route and to call back if I did not receive it within the time frame specified. I ordered hcg, I am very happy with the results from using this product and will definitely order from this company again.

I placed an order from Singapore because my order from India was taking longer than I had hoped. My order from India did finally arrive on business day 20, and I was satisfied with the product. The order from Singapore was actually shipped from China, but it arrived very quickly. The HCG from India came in vials in individual boxes. The HCG from Singapore came in ampules all in one container. I don't really appreciate the HCG in ampules because that means that I have to order filtered needles in order to use the product. I have not tested the product from Singapore for potency yet, but the product from India was tested and it was positively HCG.

This order took a little longer to arrive, and I had to sign for it at the Post Office, which was not convenient. The Customer Service Online Chat was awesome! She helped me with the re-order process and navigational problems I experienced when trying to access my account. In addition, she sent me a free link for the HCG protocol which I found amazingly helpful. I plan on reordering and have recommended several friends the same.

Slow but it came!

I was nervous the first time I did business with this site, as I am every time I order online, but the money back guarantee gave me faith. I placed my order on January 7 and my order was delivered on February 4, which was about 20 BUSINESS days. There was a lot of confusion surrounding the shipping time frame and customer service was not helpful to resolve the question (first it was 10-14 days, then 10-18 days, then 10-18 business days plus time for customs); however, the customer service representatives reminded me of the guarantee and reminded me that if the product didn't come they would take care of it. The product did finally arive (I should have had more faith!) and I'm more than happy with it. This site is great to use if you're not in a rush for your medication! I received exactly what I ordered and I feel that it was a great value. I'll definitely be doing business here again.

I ordered my shipment and it came before I thought it would and I was out of town. The post office where it was at only was open from 9-4 so my order was shipped back. I called and asked for them to send it back. They told me they would but I needed to pay for the reshipment which I did. It was not received after a few weeks. I called again spoke to a gentlemen who tracked it and then emailed me with all the information and resent a the package to me. I thank him for all his help.
