Good Product, But plan ahead for delivery

The product arrived as ordered and in perfect condition. But please do order all your are going to need because shipments can get stuck in customs and take MUCH longer than you count on to arrive. Some dont arrive at all and need to be reshipped. So plan ahead and order more than enough for the entire treatment.

I have been using this escrow service for a few years now and have been pleased with both their customer service and delivery. The last delivery hit a snag as it was held up in customs, but after speaking to a customer service rep on-line (very friendly and prompt) she corrected the delay by re-filling the order from a different pharmacy. There was no extra charge, even though the new pharmacy did charge more for the same product. I received the new order in just a matter of days after my initial contact. Very pleased with your service overall. Thank You.

It took a couple weeks to arrive but the product I received was exactly as described. I was a bit worried seeing as I had never ordered medication over the internet before but this came on time and in the right package. Thanks.

I received the product within a month. The product was well packaged. The only downside is that the instructions were in a foreign language. Though that is to be expected. I was very pleased with the product.

Quick and timely

The orders that we received from India were here with in two weeks of ordering. The order from Australia took another week to 10 days. There was no problem getting on the internet and ordering it was quick and as easy as ordering anything else over the internet. I did have a problem with my password as I order only two or three times a year. When I was locked out because of my password. I called your number the person was cordial and friendly but put me on hold for at least 5 minutes and then I was disconnected. I called again and they couldn't find my account. Even though I have been ordering from you for two years or more. This was frustrating and a waste of time. Though it was my fault, I had not written the password down where I could find it. I finally found it and called back to have account unlocked, which went fairly quickly and I was able to access my account. Overall I rated you a 4 because you have improved your ordering and delivery over the past couple of years.

The tablets came quite quickly, well & discreetly wrapped, & in original inner foil packs. They have been exactly as expected in use, & I shall consider further orders when required. This supplier is so good that I have no wish to look elsewhere! Long may it remain so...

Your site was recommended to me with some information of what steps I needed to take to order. I would of had trouble navigating the site if I didn't know ahead of time this information. The site did take forever to load when I tried to log on but that doesn't seem to be an issue now. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the product was of high quality and effective. I did feel frustration because I wasn't aware when I ordered that I couldn't track the order. I wish I had known that up front. It took 18 business days to receive my order which came to just over a month counting a holiday and weekends. I wish it didn't take so long but it was worth it to know I would get safe, quality merchandise. Thank you.

It arrived quick but when i used it, the product it self did not do what it was meant to do. I was happy with the delivery time but the quality of the product i was not.
