Reliable and easy to do business with.

I always have a lot of questions and the live chat is great. They answered my questions and were very friendly. The shipment came earlier than expected was packaged neatly with good padding to protect the contents. The product was exactly as described and was far away from expiration. I have ordered elsewhere and received items that were a bit too close to expiration for my comfort. I gave them 4 stars, but would happily make it 5 if they had an even faster shipping method. I have just placed another order... Thanks.

I rated your service as outstanding because I received all my orders in a timely manner and the customer service representatives have always been very helpful. My last order was missing and I contacted PharmacyEscrow.com and the order was replaced and received in about 10 days, outstanding!

Another great Hcg order

This is now the second time I have ordered hcg for weight loss from PharmacyEscrow.com. both times I have been very happy with their product and customer service. Again, my order was shipped the day after I placed it (amazing, since they have to go through the entire escrow/prescription process!) and I love that you always receive tracking numbers, especially for items that travel from as far away as india.

I order the HCG product off the web site. I love the ease to ordering and all the other links that are available to the HCG. Ordering off the web was very easy and self explanatory. I really didn't like the time it took to get the order to me. I understand that the order is coming from a different country, but couldn't really track it until it hit the U.S. I have learned just to order a bit earlier so that I will have the product on hand. The product is very easy to use, and because of the other websites available that you offer about the HCG, very easy to mix and learn about. Customer Service Department the few times that I called have been very helpful and very nice to deal with. I only called to find out what was taking my order so long. They couldn't really help me, because they had no way of tracking it from the country until it hit the U.S. I have really appreciated all your emails telling about specials and discounts. Thank you, you have been a good company to work with.

I haven't used it yet. I just got it and it takes a course of 40 days taking the Hcg to know of it's effectiveness.

Broken

I had such a great experience last time that I reorder agian, but this time 2 bottle were broken and I discarded them, they are glass. When I called the customer service rep. was very helpful but said they usually require a photo of the damaged bottle, but as stated I discarded them. He said he would see what he could do about sending 2 new bottles. I sure hope you will. I have a couple friend who will be trying the HCG with me and if they like the results, which I know they will. They too will be ordering through you. Overall I very happy with the service and price but hope to see the replacement bottles. I will continue to use your site. Thanks again Kathy
