Good Service, Mediocre Product

The service from this escrow service is Outstanding. I had a problem with my credit card and they not only emailed me but also called me several times to try to get the issue resolved. The product came in a timely manner and was exactly what I was expecting. This escrows pricing is very competitive as well. Unfortunately I have used HCG once before from another pharmacy and I don't believe this product is working as well. HCG should suppress your appetite to the point that 500 calories a day is too much. When using this HCG, at the same dosage as the prior product, I am MUCH hungrier. I am still losing weight but the diet is very very hard to stick to because the HCG is not suppressing my appetite as it should. Trying the HIGH PURITY kind to see if that makes a difference.

Products were awesome..Shipping was lengthy

The products were what I anticipated, but the shipping seemed to take forever from the country the pharmacies were located in. Customer service was very pleasant and most helpful when I called to check on the status since the orders seemed to be taking forever to arrive.

Service experience

Although the website was an effective tool for ordering purposes, the product was not received after several weeks. However, when I called the service and spoke like with customer service, they reordered the product and sent it to me. I later received the product within two weeks. The packaging leaves me somewhat uncertain as to the origin of the order fulfillment; however, I was satisfied I finally received the product which I had paid for in my original order.

The ampules were crushed. Customer support, however, was very outstanding in providing information i needed and ensuring replacement product was sent to me. Replacement product was effective and undamaged.

I am unsure what you are asking -- quality of my order -- do you mean quality of the product? If the question relates to the product, I have been satisfied with the quality of the hCG that I have ordered.

If the question relates to the customer service support I received, that is a different story. This was the 3rd order I have placed with your escrow service. I hope the next question gives me an opportunity to expand on my experience with customer service.

Recieved but not in the time frame promised

All in all I was happy with this order. I paid for express shipping but it didn't really seem to make to help seed up the order. I think it took just about a month to receive my order. The tracking number given did not work online or over the phone which was frustrating but I was happy with the product when it finally arrived.

Product as described & prompt shipping, but I got an e-mail asking me to review product and they'd give me up to $80 credit on my next order.

Then I was told my live chat that the e-mail was sent by mistake. Don't appreciate them wasting my time and getting me to their web site by "mistake".

Shipping problems....

I had heard of your company thru quite a few frinds on a forum I am on. From all different states they all commented on how wonderful your company is. Some got their orders right away, others had to wait. They always said that when they called customer service they were always treated kindly. I put in an order at the end of October. I recieved it finally Feb. 6th. While waiting was NOT fun, I can say that anytime I called or emailed your customer service department they were always polite ans reassuring. I will be ordering from you again.

HCG ORDER

to place an order was very simple, easy to read and fill out forms. Waiting for the order to arrive was not as easy and I am not a good "waiter". The staff when I called was very polite and very helpful. The information that I received from them was right on target, although the information I received when I place the order, was a little misleading, It implied that it would take 10- 14 days for shipping. I figured that it would take 10-14 days to arrive, I did not realize that it would take at least that length of time to get to the United Kingdom and then another 10-14 days to get to me. So I was not thrilled with the wait time, I wish I would have known the exact process, it would have been an easier wait time. This is the first time I had ever used Hcg, for weight loss, so I really have nothing to compare it to, although I have ordered an different type, from a different company recently and will be better able to answer that question.

Customer Service Very Helpful

I ordered the HUCOG from the Indian pharmacy. I would probably rate my whole transaction as a 3 out of 5, when I did get my package about a month later, it was the LUPI HCG from China and not the HUCOG that I had ordered. I never did get a notice or email or anything telling me of the switch but when I talked to customer service they were really helpful, they told me why I got the LUPI instead and it was because of the Canadian customs they couldn’t send from India, they offered to credit my account for $40 for what it would cost to get an amp breaker and the filters which I would need with the LUPI where as I didn’t for the HUCOG. I thought that was really nice of them and for the customer service I would probably give that a 5 out of 5, for the overall transaction I would give it a 3. The ordering process itself was pretty easy, just click and pay and go, shipping took about a month which was kind of slow but I’ve heard it takes that long normally so I wasn’t surprised, but other than that I’m happy with my product and happy with the overall outcome from it so thank you very much PharmacyEscrow.com.
