I was surprised when I ordered this merchandise that it arrived so quickly. Other times I have run out of product waiting but they had my order to me a lot faster than usual. The communication with your customer service was great even on the phone and during live chat. Your staff called me to let me know that the transaction had been completed.

Shipping took a bit longer than expected. However, I received an email that you are changing to a faster supplier, which will help in future orders. I have come back every time I've needed the medication and will continue to order from your site. Thanks!

good deal

We received the HCG and were very pleased with the product. My daughter lost 26 lbs and I lost 21 lbs. The only thing I would change is that it took several weeks to get the product. But, I've since ordered again and probably will sometime in the spring again.

Good product, but poorly shipped from HuCog

I order 3 HCG vials which were delivered in the time expected. But the HuCoG paper boxes were stained with a bad smelling, dark oil that seemed like a different medicine had leaked on them. The HCG vials were well sealed so I simply washed them off and discarded the paper boxes. My HCG order was intact so I am using it with satisfaction.

This was my first time ordering medicine via the internet, let alone my first time ordering anything from overseas. I am excited to say that everything went smooth with my order.

I didn't rate a 5 because when I called to ask a question, I did have trouble understanding the operator.

The e-mails were great at keeping me notified on the process and delivery wasn't as long as I thought.
