Helpful and polite

I ordered for the first time some HCG Pregnyl. I was worried at first, wondering if I was ever going to get the product I ordered, if this company was really legit. Well I will say dealing with them has been great. After becoming impatient and concerned about my shipment I wrote them an email. I got a response a day later telling me although I could not track the package yet everything still looked fine on their end.
I sent another email after 2 weeks had gone by this time thinking I was going to get the same answer. Although I did get the same answer they were able to give me more details which made me feel more secure. Being honest though I wasn't really secure until the package showed up at my house, now I have no worries about ordering from them. The biggest inconvenience has nothing to do with them at all but the waiting for the postal system:)

Decent

I wish they would give you a little more direction in helping with the mixing but it is pretty easy to find on google. They were as helpful as they could possibly be and the shipping was very quick

HCG

I have purchased HCG a number of times. The only compliant I have is when I try to type in the tracking number with the USPS it seems like it never shows up. Or when it does show up the product has already been received. Would like to see about finding a better way of tracking packages.

The customer service was absolutely wonderful, they were always very helpful and prompt. Being my first time to order from this company i was skeptical but the service i received made me feel confident. The Pregnyl came in the time that was stated when i ordered with a signature required for delivery i just received it today and will get started soon . The HCG kit arrived first, i am not very happy with this product as it cost roughly $60 more to purchase and it was in travel size bottles... i guess i should have read more about it before purchasing

Received exactly what ordered, delivery time was about 3 weeks.The medication was very high quality and the amps were well wrapped. It worked as well as any prescription I've received at a local drug store and you can't beat the price!

J'ai été surprise par la rapidité de la commande ainsi que sa livraison. J'habite en dans le sud de la France et en 10 jours j'ai reçu ma commande. L'emballage est discret. Question qualités/prix il n'y a rien a dire, les médicaments ne sont pas des copies.
Je continuerai a acheter chez eux.

HCG product is easy to use and works well.The mixing is easy and the product arrives in a unmarked package. I use the product for weight loss and it is very effective.
