Customer Service and tracking

When I went into my order status under the paid section it always has and still does show Cheque which in your question descriptions says that means my payment did not go through. It did. Also my tracking number never did show up on the USPS website and when I would call customer service would just tell me what I already knew. I was happy when it showed up within the shipping dates but wish it would have showed up on the tracking.

Delivery and notificatoin

I had some issues with the shipping of this (my third) order, evidently some of it didn't make it through customs. Once I notified customer service the problem was dealt with efficiently and professionally and I had my replacement earlier than expected. WILL DEFINITELY CONTINUE TO USE PHARMACYESCROW.COM.

this order went off without a hitch. the steps were simple to follow. i didn't like having to fill out the medical hx again but that was just a required step.

First I want to start by saying I am very pleased with the way this company performs. I placed an order in August and didn't receive it on time. The package was being held by customs and I was promptly sent a new one. Thank you for excellent customer service!

I had looked for months wanting to buy HCG for the weight loss, finally I found this site and after several searches on the internet this is the only one that turned up no bad reviews! Also the info provided when you order is very helpful. When you really start looking at mixing yourself there are soo many options and it was very confusing for me. But this site not only sent me the items but also I received a free e book on the HCG diet and all the info I needed.

Glass ampules

The only reason I did not give this a 5 star rating was because I was shocked to find they were glass ampules. I have always ordered the hucog before which were rubber stoppers, so I just assumed these would be the same. The quality and results of the HCG were the same, but I am not as comfortable with the glass ampules. I was not able to find anywhere that it said they were going to come in glass ampules either, which would be a nice thing to know in advance. I loved that they were cheaper though!

I have ordered products from PharmacyEscrow.com every three months or so for the last year. This last order showed up quicker than expected! I would not think of using any other service. Communication is great and I highly recommend the upgraded "Free shipping" program! It will pay for itself in just a couple of orders. Perfect if you plan to order products even more than 2 or three times yearly.
