2nd order very large

PharmacyEscrow.com was very good about the order but I didn't like this brand of HCG as well as the first order. I found it more difficult to mix and then transfer to a bottle with a rubber top. For some reason this brand of HCG caused some bruising after using it a couple of weeks. I thought it was great to have the order separated into smaller portions so that it got through customs better. I rated this only a 4 because I didn't like the glass vials as well as the others and because of the bruising.

Hcg order

My order was processed quickly and accurately, however it took longer to receive then I had been told. I was unable to track my order with the tracking number I was given. I was told it would take 14 business days and it took 20 business days. Overall, easy to order and had no concerns about ordering this product online.

My first experience with ordering over seas

Everyone in my community is talking about HCG!!! I went online and researched the best company to order from. I found it and placed my order. Everything was simple and well explained. I spoke with the chat line on a few occasions before placing my order and was very pleased. My only negative was once I received the product I was confused with the amount of mixing solution so I recontacted the company through the chat line. Once there I explained my confusion and they did their best to educate me without crossing any legal lines. I had to order more mixing solution from a different site to complete the HCG. That was my only issue with my experience with ordering and using the product. Additionally the HCG product works very well!!!

Wonderful

This product is wonderful. I went on it the first time and lost 23 lbs in 30 days. I looked so good that my friends and family all wanted it the next time. I got 3 in my immediate family and 6 friends to do this program with me the second tine around. The down side is the length of time it takes to ship, it takes about 3-4 weeks to arrive in the US. I wish there was a faster turn around or that you could pay for faster shipping. I opted on the 2nd order to have the in plant rush, but didn't notice any time difference as promised. I would not recommend paying the additional cost for it.

Worked but not convinced high purity is better.

As always, PharmacyEscrow.com was great, shipping was as fast (considering). I received the High purity HCG and was soo excited to try it. I also started my mom and sister on it for there first round on the HCG diet, this was my 2nd. My mom had about 100 pounds to lose, my sister 30 and I had about 25. I did not do as well as my first round (to be expected) but my mom and sister did not do as good as I did on my first round either, when I used the non-high purity. On the 45 day program my mom lost 25, on the 23 day my sister lost 15 and I 10. I am not going to reorder the High Purity. I am not saying it does not work but I think the original works just fine so i will stick with what I know. I did not feel any different on the high purity opposed to the normal and did not have any better results.

The first order took along time to ship to us and the tracking was really bad. but the company has gotten much better with tracking and communications.

Great starter kit--if you cant get the items yours

This kit does give you exactly everything that you need to mix up a 45 day dose of sublingual HCG. The kit arrived extremely fast and was packaged very securely. My only complaint is that I feel the kit is very overpriced. After research, if you were to get these items individually yourself, you can save a bunch of money. I guess you are paying for someone to put all of these items together for you, and that just may be worth the extra price. Overall, I received everything exactly as ordered and extremely fast, so I think that I would recommend if you don't mind paying extra.

the order was placed online with no problems
each step was easy and it did not take very long because my history was filled in for me as needed. it was made even quicker because my medical hx was stored and i didn't have to fill that out again on this order.

Great customer service and communication

I was quite worried about delivery of my order because it was coming from an overseas pharmacy. However, each time I contacted customer service, they were able to provide me with the status of my order and assure me that it was on its way. I was comforted by the fact that I could contact customer service via phone or online chat 24/7. I placed my order on 4/13/09 and it was delivered 5/12/09, just when they said it would be. To all the customer service reps that I chatted with, and that had to reassure me repeatedly, THANK YOU, my order was received when you said it would be and I thank you for your patience. The only reason I don't rate this 5 stars is that my first two emails were not responded to. I had to use the online chat feature to get hold of someone.
