Shipment

For my second order of this item the shipment was far better! I must have received it within a week of my placing the order.

The 7 - 18 day shipment and processing time is way too long considering the cost ($30.00!) I recommend that this be revisited.

Product was worth the wait

I would order again from this supplier. They kept us informed of where our order was and when it could be expected. The rating would have been a five (5) had the prescription been more timely in coming. It was the wait that had us concerned. We were nearly out of product before our next shipment arrived.

Pleased with product/price, disappointed with time

When I originally looked at your website, it said shipments to the US were, I believe, 7-10 business days. Actually shipment took 18 or 19 business days. I'll order earlier next time, but I was disappointed on this first order. Overall, however, I'm very pleased with your service.

I have heard awful stories of people not getting their product and problems processing their orders. I have to say that ordering with you all is a pleasure. Your live chat was so helpful and courteous to me it made my purchase so much easier. It was great to be able to track my purchase. I like that every time I order from you all everything is in great shape and kept discrete.

The downside is that it takes so long and the cost of shipping is so high, but I will still continue to purchase from you all. I like that I can count on you all.

The pharmacy was quick they told me it could take up to 18 business days and I had it in 14. I contacted you because I was unable to track my order and your response was very prompt and professional. Your company ensured me that if the package was stopped in customs you would re ship at no cost to me. Thanks for the speedy service

Ordered, shipped and received in good time.

I submitted my order and then was confused about the amount that I had ordered so I called to ask about my order. The gentleman who answered was very nice and assured me that my order was correct and told me how to track my order. The tracking option worked perfectly and I was able to determine where my order was on each day. When my order was delivered it was only a partial order and so I called for support again and was assured that my order was shipped in more than one package and the remainder would soon arrive which it did. The total amount of time for the three packages to arrive was less than three weeks. The order was complete and reached me in good time.

Great Company & Product

Overall I was very pleased in regards to this order. It arrived nicely packaged, customer service was absolutely fantastic. My only complaint would be in regards to the computing infrastructure. It took me several tries and a couple of conversations with customer service over the course of a couple of days to get my order placed and payed for due to technical difficulties which was frustrating. In addition I didn't receive any emails with tracking information. Customer service was superb about providing me updated information when I asked about my order which was very helpful. Overall this was an excellent experience, the meds are great, and I will order again from PharmacyEscrow.com.

The product is great, the shipping time took a month. However, this is disclosed before order is processed. No complaints otherwise.

They stand behind their service

I did have a problem with this order but they made it right. The first order never arrived so they re-shipped with no questions asked. While their tracking never showed it clearing Customs, it arrived in good order. I'm very pleased and will not order anywhere else but PharmacyEscrow.com
