My bad

I ordered twice as much this time. I only received half the order. I heard there was going to be a shortage on the product. I ordered an additional shipment. I contacted PharmacyEscrow.com to inform them that I had only received half the order. The rep was very pleasant, apologized, and told me the remaining shipment was on the way. Offered me a credit for my inconvenience. I realized that they had shipped 2 in each box and contacted them to let them know. The rep was very grateful that I let them know. Told me I was the most honest person he had ever dealt with. After feeling so bad - the rep really made me feel great!

difficult to wait on banks/credit card companies to approve. Sometimes the intention is that they are protecting someone's account but they do not call. Delays delivery.

I have felt the order and receiving process with PharmacyEscrow.com has greatly improved since the time I first placed an order. This particular order was an excellent example. Although I received broken ampules in the order (rating 4 star), the customer service was very good. I sent photos of the broken ampules for replacement and simultaneously placed a new order. I asked for them to be shipped together so that I would not have to pay the shipping charges, and that was handled well. When I received my order, the replacement items were the incorrect amount. I contacted PharmacyEscrow.com through live chat, and this was also handled very nicely by the representative. So, even though there were broken products and errors in the orders and replacements, the customer service was excellent. Thank you.

Your staff is generally very knowledgeable and quick to return any answers that can't be covered without first checking with the pharmacy.It is most unusual now days to actually talk live with someone and I really appreciate that aspect of your business. Most all of my shipments have arrived in a very timely fashion with one order actually being much earlier than expected. This was my first purchase with Pharmacyescrow.com. It was extremely easy to place the order. The only difficulty was with the security on my credit card. I contacted your representative and was told that with an international charge that I may have to contact the bank and approve the transaction. I contacted the bank, approved the transaction. I received my order in a timely fashion, considering US customs. I planned to re-order.
