I'ts Here Already?!

Well, first I want you to know that I was a lot skeptical of ordering pharmaceuticals online but, after researching online and hearing such positive comments on their website and also on Youtube I thought I should at least give them a try.
Once on the PharmacyEscrow.com website I got a little confused/overwhelmed and called the 800 number, right away I got a live person who was able to answer all my questions and guide me through the ordering process.
From what I read online I was all prepared for what I thought would be a long wait (up to 22 days)before I would receive my product.
I was real surprised when my product arrived in less than two weeks. I was able to start my diet earlier than thought and have good success so far.
I really found the free e-book a great reference for the HCG Diet and have already referred to it several times.

Quality Website and Dependable Product

I had never ordered from this site and was skeptical at first, but after reading several reviews I decided to throw caution to the wind and give it a go. I am glad that I did. It was very easy placing the order and I was offered several shipping options and picked the one that best suited me. After I placed the order I received several detailed emails updating me on the status on my shipment. I always knew where my order was and when to expect delivery. When my order arrived it was just as the description stated and was exactly what I was needing. My product is fragile so it was shipped in a padded mailer and made it half way across the world without incident. I am so satisfied with this website that I have already made another purchase. My one recommendation to the company would be to accept MasterCard without charging an additional fee.

Helpful Online Assistance

I have had a few problems with making online orders. I tend to mess up the order, and the site confuses me a little, but each order I've made I have used the help of the online chat help and have been pleased each time with the level of professionalism and kindness. I have faith that they will make sure my order is in correctly and that any problems I run into they will help correct. Thanks!

PharmacyEscrow.com is a great site to order all your prescription drugs from. I would recommend they send out e mail that your item has been shipped.

Great service!

This was my first order with PharmacyEscrow, and it wasn't without problems. I found the ordering process fairly easy, but was frustrated when it came to paying for my transaction. I only had a MasterCard, which was not one of the excepted forms of payment at the time. Then the automatic deposit, that i was wary about using, was temporarily down. This left me with the option to use a money order. While trying to acquire a money order i had a brilliant idea to get a pre-paid visa card. I asked a PharmacyEscrow representative if i could change my method of payment. The representative responded fast and i changed the payment method the next day.
Now that my order was payed for and being shipped i was ready to wait the required time. I was surprised when the package arrived earlier that expected. Overall this was a worthwhile experience, and even with all the problems i would do it again. The hiccups in my order could have made this an unsavory experience, but the excellent service that i received made it bearable. Thank-you!

HCG order from PharmacyEscrow

I placed my order for HCG Pregnyl-(4 vials) in February of 2010. The
product was temporarily out of stock due to high demand so my order was
not shipped until April 16th from Hong Kong, via Foreign International
Dispatch. By May I still hadn't received my order so I contacted
PharmacyEscrow through their live chat operator. While I was disappointed
that my order hadn't arrived, the site operator was very courteous. I
found that having a real person to talk to was very helpful. I also liked
being able to receive e-mail confirmations automatically and being able to
print out the live chat dialog for future reference. I reported the
problem and he promptly reordered my HCG. My order was reshipped on May
27th. By July I still hadn't received my order and contacted a live chat
operator again regarding the lost order. My shipping problems were
addressed and measures were taken to correct the matter right away. A new
order was placed, shipping out from an Indian facility, sent Global
Express Mail and I received my order on July 12th. While it was
disappointing not to receive my order when I had hoped, I will try
ordering again because of the excellent customer service. Sincerely,

Over all the quality of my order was very good!

I would rate the quality of the product and the support I received as very good. I chose to do the HCG injections. The HCG kit came before the HCG, but I was aware that they were coming from 2 different places. The HCG took several weeks to receive, but I was aware that this would be the case. I did not have to ask for customer support in ordering, but I did have the help of my son who had ordered his own product previously. I also appreciated receiving the book by email that told you everything you needed to know.

I really struggled on this order!

My problem with this order was not in ordering the product, but in receiving it. The HCG had to be reordered because it didn't come and I had problems being able to track it with the tracking information that I had received. I chatted on the live chat several times and got very little help in answering my questions. They just kept apologizing, but didn't seem to have a solution to the problem. I finally got them to reorder for me and it finally came. I had originally upgraded to the express shipping, but that turned out to be a joke. The customer service rep, kept telling me that they have no control over the time frame of when you will receive the product. I did tell them at the time that I thought a disclaimer should be noted on your shipping time frames so customers will know that there can be extended delays in receiving the product. Especially since they would not refund the difference of the regular shipping verses the express shipping. I hope to order again with no problems. Thanks for listening!

People at Pharmacy Escrow were very helpful. Just the payment process with Western Union was not very good, but I'll continue to to order from Pharmacy Escrow, their customer service was good.
