Worked Great!

Ordering the HCG was very simple and the free booklet that came with it was very helpful. The website was easy to navigate and I had to call with a question and the employees were helpful and very pleasant. I will use www.pharmacyescrow.com for all of my HCG needs.

Hesitant at first...

I will admit, I was hesitant not only about HCG but about ordering online. However, I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised with my online experience and the actual HCG Pregnyl! In my first round, I lost 20 pounds. Even though I still have 50 more pounds to go, I am ecstatic. I now have my mother interested in trying it!

Very good

This is my second time ordering HCG. I felt a little more confident this time when placing my order. It was much easier this time since i had done it before. I even got a follow up call at home to make sure everything was good. The staff is very helpful.

The product is fine and the email communication that i received was great. The ordering process was very difficult to understand. The telephone operator was difficult to hear and understand. The phone connection was barely audible. It was a frustrating experience.

I have had a very good experience with pharmacy escrow. They were helpful with the initial order and also with any questions I had later on down the line. The only problem I had was an inability to chat online about my order - I had to call the 800 number (It's very hard to hear with two screaming children.) But, the phone conversation was so easy and quick that even then it wasn't too bad!

HCG order review

Part of the order was apparently stopped at customs. Pharmacy Escrow staff was courteous on the phone, quick in researching the matter and communicating the resolution to me by phone and e-mail. A few days later I received the remainder of the order. Disappointed in the fact that the HCG powder and the sterile water to mix it with were in glass vials which I had a difficult time opening. These are the little glass vials you need to saw off the top but I did not receive the serrated little tool piece which is usually included in these type of order.

The product arrived as ordered, delivery took a while but all tracking information was provided so I could know what was going on. Transaction went smoothly and product arrived as ordered. I would use again and recommend.

I received my order a little later than I expected, but everything was there. This website provided excellent service as far as instructions for the mixing of my hcg. Also I really like have the link to the tracking information right here on this site. The customer service line linked me directly to a live person without a long hold. Ordering my mixing kit and my hcg was easy, inexpensive, and expedient. I will DEFINITELY recommend this site to my friends.

HCG shipment

I am very impressed with the replacement service provided for me in my previous order. My order was shipped in two parts. I had not check both halves of the order until I needed to use 2nd half. When I opened the 2nd half, one ampule's bottom was broken out and the HCG spilled. With the Live Chat, I was provided the necessary information to provide picture documentation for replacement of the broken ampule. Very shortly after I emailed a picture from my cell phone, I received a phone call informing me that a replacement would be sent with my newly placed order for more Hcg product. Thank you for the courteous and prompt replacement of the ampule broken in shipment. I am glad that I found this site to order the HCG from. I believe the product to be very reliable. Thank you again.
