The staff at Pharmacy Escrow has superior product Knowledge which aids in my decision making. I think other pharmacies should take note of how service is provided at Pharmacy Escrow.

Excellent first time experience

I ordered some much needed medicine for my father-in-law. We live in the U.S. and he doesn't have health insurance. Because of a brain tumor he has, my father-in-law has to take various medicines. In the U.S., these medicines are very expensive on top of the costs to see a doctor to get a prescription written. When I found this website, I was skeptical at first. I spent many hours one night searching the internet for sites where I could purchase the medicine he needs. When I finally found a website, I thought it might be too good to be true. However, the price for the medicine was very good and I just figured I'd give it a try. Sure enough, 5 weeks later we received the package with the medicine. The medicine is good quality and worked the same as the brand we're able to purchase here. The company was very good about sending emails updating the status of the order, from beginning to end. I'm very pleased to have found this company because now my father-in-law is able to better afford the medicine he needs.

Unsure about product quality

This is for veterinary use. Right after I began using the product you sent, the pet seemed to regress a bit medically. So I was a bit unsure about the efficacy of the drug I ordered. He seems fine now, but I was concerned at the beginning.

Good Service

On placing my refill order I was quite pleased.I was notified by email that it was time for a refill. The staff then called to notify me that my order was processed and being shipped. Once again my order was delivered within the time period originally stated. Good job!

I was very pleased with the way placing my order was handled. The staff was courteous and quite helpful, considering I was worried, because the medication I was ordering was for my dog. The process went much smoother than originally thought and delivery was prompt as promised!

The medicine arrived promptly and worked for me to reduce my nighttime trips to the bathroom. A bit expensive, but no complaints.
