Email updates were helpful as the order was going through different stages. It arrived in unmarked and discreet packaging. Shipping did take almost 4 weeks. I will order from Pharmacy Escrow again.

When I placed this latest online order with Pharmacy Escrow, I was already in serious need for my thyroid medication. I have had a thyroidectomy, so there is no possible way for my body to deal with the lack of thyroid hormone by making at least some of my own. In other words, I die without this medication. The problem with this scenario is that I am currently pursuing a doctorate, am in school full time, and also work full time. So I was paying no attention whatsoever to the diminishing supply of my medication. When I paused to take stock of it and found it to be almost depleted, I about panicked. I immediately ordered the medication online and paid for priority shipping. I anxiously counted the days until the medications would arrive, tracking the package online as soon as I got the tracking number. It never showed, and never showed, and never showed....until I called Pharmacy Escrow's Customer Service in another panic. The representative behaved in a very professional manner, calmed my fears, and told me they would look into it. They could not track the package, either, but told me the calculated date of arrival. It was not to be expected for possibly two more days-, though I had expected it to arrive already. I was now out of my own supply of medication. So, I thought, I'll just dig in and wait. The mail came that afternoon and I paid no attention, my nose in a book. But by evening I went out to check it, and there in all its glory was the most anxiously-awaited package! It was in excellent condition and had arrived earlier than expected; all this on exactly the day that my medication had run out. Perhaps this is what is meant by "dodging a bullet."

You came though again!

I will tell you, I am impressed! I have been a customer with you for 4 years and you still amaze me. I placed my order as usual and waited for delivery. When all my order came except my Synthroid, I emailed you. It had been sent out as usual but, I had not received it. You advised I wait a few days more and see if it would arrive. I did but it never came. I emailed a representative again and they said another order would go out asap and it did. I know this because it arrived in the expected time and I had my medication. I never did see the first order, but Thank you for getting my medication to me! I am truly a customer for life!

my order came fast and in good condition. I am very satisfied with the service and god product service of your company. I like it that you keep me informed of where the package is as it is on its way and when it arrives at the post office. I was really glad this time that you sent me an E-mail saying the product had been shipped because it brought it to my attention that something wrong had happened with the post office. They had come by you said but they never left me a card telling me they came by so I was glad you brought it to my attention. I went down there to get my package. If you had not sent me that E-mail I would have never known that the post office had tried to make an attempt to deliver my package. Thank you so much for keeping me informed where my package is while it is in transit. I am very grateful. That package would have been shipped back to you and I would have never known.
