Hi, I’d like to rate the Pharmacy Escrow service, I’m rating 4 out of 5, what I especially like was the most incredible customer service, the telephone service and the e-mail response was top class, probably the best of any service of any e-mail or service that I’ve ever encountered. My only complaint, if you call that a complaint is that the quality of medication I received is for only 28 days supply and you run for short quickly and need to re-order more quickly than I realized. It would be nice if it was a 30 day supply for 30 day months or a 31 day supply for a 31 day month, of course if they charged you accordingly, I would have no complaint, that’s all, thank you very much.

Will order Ceftin again

The order arrived quickly and packaged well. Every time we feel an upper respiratory infection coming upon us, we have our medication ready a hand. It helps avoid regular visits to the doctor.

Good service

The service was great, delivered in a timely manner, however, did receive cream instead of ointment for temovate. Decided to keep it anyway. would definitely order from you again. Great customer service, made a few calls, always handled courteously and promptly.

Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of my order. Here is my review:
Ease of placing the order:
I found it very easy and efficient to place my order online. The website is user-friendly.
Friendliness of staff:
The customer service representative was very helpful when I presented a question about the ordering process
Problems encountered (if any) during the escrow process:I really did not encounter a problem with the escrow process, everything went smoothly.
Shipping times:
The shipping time took a little while, but I knew that when I placed my order.
Product quality:
I found the antibiotics and other medications to be of the same quality that I receive at my local pharmacy.
Anything else that may pertain to the ordering process:
I was impressed with the cost savings on this order, compared to my local pharmacy.

Decent service and product

It did take a few weeks for delivery, but that was expected. The package itself seemed really generic. However, in the end I got the product for a really low price.

quick delivery, good customer support

I ordered with express delivery and plain packaging. My order arrived within a week to Canada from Eastern Europe. I had no customs issues and the product was as promised.

The packaging was lacking instructions, but I can't read Bulgarian anyways.

Overall, I was very satisfied.

This is for order JGH223570. This order was placed and everything went very smoothly with this order except for they did change the pharmacy on the order so I would give this order only 4 stars because of the change of the pharmacy should have been notified or the pharmacy should be eliminated from the product mix if they don’t have the products available from that pharmacy. So it wasn’t a major deal I still got the same products that I wanted and they were still delivered but there was a delay because they had to wait for the pharmacy and they did change the pharmacy.
