Timely order

I thought everything about the order was good except that I wish my pills came in English. My understanding of pills is that they need to be taken in a certain order and I cannot tell from the packaging which end of the package I should start on.

Difficulty with website on that day.

On 10-21-08 the website was not receiving orders. I tried placing an order, and when I couldn't I called the 800-number. The customer service reps couldn't use their network either, so they had to call me back. It took a total of four phone calls that day, from them to me, to place my order. They were very nice and I actually felt sorry for them when they had to deal with such a problem. They eventually did an excellent job of placing my order and getting me what I needed. Please watch the reliability of your network. Thanks. LG.

Need Faster shipping

pleased to have received the product.It was packaged in sealed packs and boxed. The instructions were in the box as well. It was very easy to place an order and the customer service people are very helpful. I however found that product shipment was another story. It took a month and a half to receive the product. I called three times and each time was told the product was going to be shipped soon and it wasn't. This was my only concern with using your service. I am weary about using your service again because of the long delay. It may have been because of the type of product I was buying but still this is a long time to wait.
