Speedy delivery but poor packaging

The price is reasonable, delivery is fast, goods quality is fine. However, two things I would like to say. The postage is expensive as compared with any of your competitor.

Excellent Service In Every Regard

The delivery came well within the allotted time - in fact it came a bit earlier than expected. But even more impressive was how good the level of communication was. Every time I had a question people made themselves available both by phone and/or by online live chat. And the emails and tracking information were timely and wonderfully informative. And, as it turned out, completely dependable. A great site. With great service. I intend to make use of this site again and again.

Good and Bad

I had to wait a lot longer than anticipated for any drugs to arrive and eventually the Levitra did arrive. I am still waiting for the Cialis though.
I have received an email from you saying that it will be arriving soon and I hope it does.
When I spoke to the phone rep they said that the pharmacy had been changed but that was not done by me so I am confused as to that.
One very good thing has been the phone support. everyone I have spoken to has been informed and helpful, on this note I am very impressed as I am used to speaking to people from large companies who seem to have no idea what they are talking about. Your guys do AND they are polite (a real plus).
I look forward to receiving the second part of my order and will use our company again although I wouldn't currently use your services if the order was time dependent i.e I had to have them by a certain date as i am not fully comfortable with your timekeeping so far. Maybe this was a one off and it will improve next time, I hope so.

Correct and timely

I placed my order on line and got my order correct but it took almost a month but was surprised that it was exactly what I ordered. I also appreciate the timely information regarding Bird Flu and such keep up the good work. But make deliveries faster please.

Thank you for providing this service. It is great to have the opportunity to buy quality prescription drugs. The drugs are the same quality I have received from my doctor. Please make sure you order in advance as the time to get the products from distant countries could take time. Quality at its best!

When I ordered Cialis for my husband we figured it would take forever to receive the order due to it being close to Christmas time. We were very pleased to receive our order in record time! The quality of the product is another plus. Not to mention the savings from ordering online.
