This was my first order with Pharmacy Escrow. The ordering process was easy and straight forward. I particularly liked the ability to choose between different suppliers for a given product. After the order was placed, I received several emails keeping me updated on the progress of my order. I even received a phone call from the UK to advise the status of my order! I can't say I've ever gotten this level of service from drugstore.com... The product arrived well within the quoted time frame and is exactly what I ordered. I expect that I'll be a long-time customer of PharmacyEscrow.com.

To my general surprise, I have found your company to be very professional and efficient. Although you are more expensive than other sources, I have been very impressed with the efficiency of your tracking system and the professional follow up to my requests for information. It is therefore with some pleasure that I know that I can recommend your service from the experience I have had with you so far. This has prompted me to order for a second time. In addition, the product quality has been very satisfactory. I trust that the change of name will not mean a change in the service you have provided and I am heartened to note that you now also accept Amex as a means of payment since that is a card I use and trust not to do business with "dubious" companies.

My favorite part of the website is, whenever I've had a question I've the Customer Service Chat has always answered my questions in real time, without the hassle of waiting for an email reply. Staff: The staff is available 24/7 and are extremely helpful; especially compared to the previous pharmacy I dealt with. I find the clerks who staff the Live Chat to be very efficient and always helpful. I like knowing my information is in safe hands.
Order process: The ordering process is very straightforward and secure. I chose to pay by credit card and their system worked flawlessly.
Problems: None to report.
Shipping time: The order arrived in about two weeks and cleared customs without any taxes or duty being applied to the order. The order was sent directly from India by EMS SpeedPost with very good tracking.
Product quality: Quality is excellent. The medication did not arrive in the original boxes but was well packed.
Overall: Excellent in all respects. Above all, however, the products are of top quality.
