Another delivery, well done!!

This is my third order from your company, I only wish I had discovered you sooner! It couldn't be any easier to use your online ordering service. I don't like using my credit cards online, so I use a money order, no problem!! I have called your London office, only once, and I've use your online chat several times and again, I must say that your staff are very courteous and helpful. The shipping times have been very fast and the tracking systems is a nice feature. The quality and the price of the product are both very good. I will continue to be a loyal customer of yours in the future.

Second Order

My first order went well so I decided to place a second order with your company. The second ordering experience was just like the first ordering experience. I placed the order online and had to enter billing information into multiple pop-ups. I was less uneasy about this part because I had already done it once and had not had any fraudulent charges on my credit card. The customer service staff was very friendly and helpful again, but I was also placed on hold for a few moments after each question I asked. For me, when I am placed on hold for undetermined amounts of time after each question I ask, it almost undoes the satisfaction of how nice the staff is. You can be as nice as you want to me on the phone, but I get frustrated and sometimes even angry if I keep being put on hold. Please try to change this part of your operation. I discovered the customer service was operating out of the UK, and I was a little familiar with the location because I had visited London before. They offered that I could come by and chat with them which was nice, but I was no longer in London at the time. This order took about a month and a half to arrive as well, which to me is still a long period of time for anything. This means that I really need to plan my orders so I receive the product by the time I need it. This was a different product than my first order, but I was less apprehensive about it being a legitimate product because the first order was just fine. So I used the product, it worked as it should, and I did not have any adverse effects to it. This is how my second ordering experience was with your company. It was very consistent with the first ordering experience, just this time I knew what to expect with your company. Once again, thank you for doing what you do.

Amazing

I am first time customer of PharmacyEscrow.com and the service associated with my first order was amazing. I was unbelievable skeptical about ordering anything online , i did not believe you can order online without getting scammed. But more and more i realized that they are not trying to scam us, they provide 24-7 service!!!! Whenever i had a question about my order they were always they were more than friendly and willing to answer my questions. Overall, i received my order in less than 3 weeks which is amazing considering the distance involved and low prices. This was the first time I used PharmacyEscrow.com. I was hesitant at first as I did not know anything about them; however, I was very pleased with the service I received. My order was promptly shipped and arrived in a discrete package. Everything I ordered was there, in the correct quantity. The delivery came well within the allotted time - in fact it came a bit earlier than expected. But even more impressive was how good the level of communication was. Thank you for providing this service. It is great to have the opportunity to buy quality prescription drugs. The drugs are the same quality I have received from my doctor. Please make sure you order in advance as the time to get the products from distant countries could take time.
