Good Quality and Value

Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of my order. Here is my review:
Ease of placing the order:
I found it very easy and efficient to place my order online. The website is user-friendly.
Friendliness of staff:
The customer service representative was very helpful when I presented a question about the ordering process
Problems encountered (if any) during the escrow process:I really did not encounter a problem with the escrow process, everything went smoothly.
Shipping times:
The shipping time took a little while, but I knew that when I placed my order.
Product quality:
I found the antibiotics and other medications to be of the same quality that I receive at my local pharmacy.
Anything else that may pertain to the ordering process:
I was impressed with the cost savings on this order, compared to my local pharmacy.

Customer Service Experience

The prices were good, the web site was easy to navigate, however with some of the meds in this order there was a delay in delivery. But when I called customer service, a REAL PERSON answered the phone, and they were able to solve solve the problem in a timely manner. I was quite satisfied and will continue to do business with this service.

A happy customer

I found it easy to locate the product on your website and found the description of it quite helpful. It was also easy to navigate back and forth through web pages on your site, when looking at different quantities of this product that were available, and similar products to the one I purchased.

The product itself is exactly what I'm familiar with, having first purchased it with a prescription in Australia. The delivery was faster than I expected, so I was pleasantly surprised. My last (and only prior) experience buying drugs online - from another company - resulted in product being delivered 3 months late! Painful..

The delivery packaging could have been improved - 2 tubes of product were crammed into one box and the envelope was not padded. I would prefer more secure and robust packaging but this is just a suggestion.

I also like the fact that I could easily browse your policies on refunds and shipping etc.

Good work

I ordered this product and received it rather quickly I suppose. The only thing that confused me was the fact that I was told I would be receiving a tracking number, but never did. I even talked to a customer service agent and they said I should have gotten one, but other than that the product I received was the exactly the quality I expected it to be and service was relatively fast.

The delivery/processing fees were also a bit steep but other than that it was decently priced.

Good service

The delivery could be better but I also live on the other side on the Earth so, what can you say. But the service was great. I wanted details about when my product was sent and I got it over the live chat. Very effective. The price of the product is also very cheap, and cheap delivery price.

I thought this was a larger tube. Also, product was for use in the mouth, and not for the skin. I think that you should have stated this on the ad.

This is a good product. It does what it is supposed to do. Be wary of the side effects because they very well may take place. If you can't take this on an empty stomach, by all means eat something first because it can make you feel sick if you don't. It does seem to work. I appreciate that Pharmacy Escrow had really good customer service, and they would call and check to make sure everything was okay with my order. Also, it came pretty fast. So, a consumer will be very happy with the service provided.

Fast and easy

The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find what I wanted quickly. I accidentally placed an order for two of the same items. The matter was taken care of promptly and I received my credit quickly. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because although the communication regarding my order was great, I would like to be able to track my product. I know that because products come from different places, this is difficult, but maybe there is a way to integrate tracking.

First experience with your firm.

The product arrived in the correct dosage and volume and at about the time expected. Both the product and the shipping material were clean and adequate for the task. My only suggestions would be that instructions for usage of the product in English be included in the package, and that a better tracking system be put in place. Once our order was shipped it was untraceable until received.

We will be ordering again.
