Shipping/ Pharmacy Issues

Usually I have a great experience with you guys, but this time there were some frustrations. I placed an order only to be told 11 days later that the pharmacy couldn't fulfill the order and it would be a full 20 days after I placed the order that it would finally be shipped. Had I know that it wasn't in stock I would have initially ordered from a different pharmacy. And there was no negotiating any sort of "let's get something to you sooner, you can receive half now and half later if there's this shipping fee, we checked another pharmacy, would you like to switch?", there was no options for that. So I ordered from the Indian pharmacy a smaller amount and spoke to a customer service rep about whether or not it would arrive prior to the initial order and I was ASSURED, promised even that it would be. And that's not going to be the case. I know there are unforeseen events and you can't plan for everything but there should be contingencies as well. This was really frustrating for me.

Perfect

I had some question before I ordered and used the chat line twice both times the Pharmacy Escrow employee’s were very polite, informative and answered my questions quickly. I had a couple of questions after my order because I had to use Western Union and I was afraid of this payment option so I used the 877 toll free number and email again I found the Pharmacy Escrow employee’s very polite, understanding and informative each case all my questions were answered quickly. I was notified by email that my Western Union payment was received (this took less than 24 hours) then I was notified the following day that my prescription was on the way by email and a phone call by a lovely man who was again very polite and informative. I received my prescription around two weeks later. I am very happy with my prescription no problems at all.
At the tender age of 53 Pharmacy Escrow is the friendliness, most professional, customer driven company I have ever experienced in my life! What a joy! I will use them over and over again. The service was five stars, perfect.
I have said these comments not because of the incentive the company offers but because they are true as anyone who uses this company will find out for themselves.

Quality t3 hormone

Cytomel was received promptly without any issue. I take this medication for my hypothyroid to supplement my t4 medication. Any fear of ordering from the internet was immediately allayed by relief from symptoms and further authenticated by lowered TSH levels indicative of added t3 support. I have since refilled my prescription with pharmacy escrow and expect the same quality experience.

Good, but a little surprised

I received the items I ordered, and they were what I needed, so I can't really complain. I will say, however, that I was surprised that my items came from Turkey (I thought I was ordering from Canada), and one of the items was not the brand name I thought I was getting, but rather an equivalent brand name from Turkey. Like I said, it was what I needed, but still, I felt like the information about what I was getting and where it was coming from should have been clearer. Also, the shipping takes forever--when they say 21 business days, or whatever, they really mean it. So if you need your medication faster, you'll need to pay for quicker shipping than the standard.

Inferior product

First of all this process of ordering and receiving the medications is unusually long. It takes WEEKS to receive the meds and then it seems that they are from 3rd world countries and you have no way of knowing what you are even being sent.

Online pharmacy is great! I love ordering from here because of the fast and discreet service and the quality product I receive. Needing to use a medication like this is not something I like to share with people, so being able to go through the online pharmacy is wonderful. Since my thyroidectomy, I've needed to adjust the dosage of my medications on a fairly regular basis. PharmacyEscrow.com makes it easy for me.
