Delivery time

Everything was fine on this order. My only comment would be that it took much longer for delivery then normal. Other than that I was very satisfied.

You guys are super easy to order from. All my products arrived on-time in one box. I would give five stars if I could have tracked the package better but maybe that is the trade off with low prices shipping from foreign pharmacies. Either way I will order from you again. Thanks for the service.

The order arrived without any defects in quality and contained the proper quantity and dosage. The blisters were unbroken and shipped in a protective package to ensure they would arrive without damage.

Excellent service after contacting about my late order

I placed my order for cytomel on November 28 , 2008. I expected to receive my order in about 3 weeks but it never came. However when I emailed the company about my missing order on January 3,2009, I received an email response and they immediately reordered for me. My original order arrived finally in about 12 days. I am satisfied that even though my original order was late, they explained a possible problem with customs and immediately reordered. The only complaint is that they couldn't track the order and inform me about a problem and ask if I had received my order. However, I understand with an overseas order delays are possible. I will keep this in mind but I would have no problem placing more orders because the customer service was very thorough and satisfactory. My order was packaged very well with wrapping for protection.

The order was incredibly smooth, the next day I had both of my medications confidentially delivered, and, while expecting generics from an on-line pharmacy, was elated to realize that I received brand-name drugs!

The cytomel and zaiten arrived really quick, within 8 days, the ventolin and wellbutrin took approx 18 days. Products are very well shipped arriving in exceptional condition!!!

Emails

The product arrived in about 3 weeks, an acceptable amount of time. But I find the series of emails confusing. The first indicate order was received, and then payment was processed. The third email indicates the order is complete: which appears to mean that the order has been placed with the distributor. Then one hears nothing for perhaps two to three weeks during what is (I assume) the shipping process. It would be nice to get a note that says "product has been shipped today from (country) via (Standard mail, UPS, etc) and should arrive by xx/xx/xxxx". The silence between emails during the shipping process is disconcerting.

I just wanted you to know how easy it was to place my order. I found what I was looking for in a snap on your web site. I had no problems with the payment and the reminder e-mails I received about the billing were very helpful. Shipping time was faster than I had expected. It only took a few weeks for my order to arrive. I talked to customer service and they were very nice and helpful. The product quality was also good.
