Bronchitis medication

I placed my order on 10-29-09 and my order arrived 18 days later. The order stated it would take 10-18 days, and this was within the time frames. The product seems to be a good product so far. However, I paid for discreet packaging, but it was not discreet. I contacted customer service and informed them of the problem. They assured me if I ordered again, they would contact the pharmacy and make sure the order was discreet. It would have been nice to get some kind of refund or discount. They charged me what they said they would. I received the medication within the time frames, and it seems to be the right medication. The lack of discreet packaging by the India pharmacy is the only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating.

Did not receive drug

Yesterday I picked up my order at the post office because I was not home the day before when the postman came to my house. I received my order of Amoxicillin but my order of Medrol was NOT in the package. I called customer service and he told me that there were 2 packages. So I went back to the post office and they told me there was only 1. And if there were 2, I would have had 2 different tracking numbers. But I only had 1. I called customer service again, and he could not find out why the Medrol was not shipped in the package. He told me someone would contact me in the next 24-48 hours and give me an answer.
I am very disappointed that the Medrol was not in the package because I really need it. I am anxiously waiting for customer service to contact me and tell me where my order of Medrol is.

Poor tracking

Everything with my order went fine, with the exception my inability to track it! I did receive a 'tracking number' that is of no use at all. I even talked with your person on line, and they were not able to help track my order?
It would be nice to have a tracking number that actually worked? It would help to put the customer (me) more at ease knowing where their order is in the overall process. I should think that this would also help with lowering phone calls?

Third Order

This order was very difficult - took over four months to receive. The customs office kept the order, but I received the replacement order in a very quick time frame. It finally came directly to my mail box.
