Great Service on the Escrow Side...But

As the second order I had placed through your service, I was fully expecting/hoping to have a similar experience as I did with my first order.

In all regards, save one, things were great.

As before, finding the medications and placing the order were simple and painless...as was paying for the order.

The speed with which the product arrived was also outstanding, as before.

The problem, though, had to do with the way this particular pharmacy had packaged the medications.

In order to keep things as compact as possible, the person who assembled the shipment made an error which caused two very irritating results.

The shipper nested the medications together very tightly--extremely tightly--in bundles of about five packets each, and then used a plastic film like Saran Wrap to hold each bundle together.

Talk about your overkill, though. So he wrapped and wrapped and wrapped and wrapped each bundle, to the point where it was nearly impossible to open each individual bundle without damaging the product within.

Morever...due to the compression, and the fact that the meds were of the type that had foil backs through which to push the pills, about eighty percent of the pills were crushed and had popped through the foil backing. (A few were even crushed to the point where the powder within was escaping the pill.)

If not for the fact that we would be using the medications right away, I would have had some concerns about whether the meds might not have the normal shelf life, due to the crushing.

I have to tell you...it was very frustrating. Especially trying to get the product out of the (over)wrapping.

Outside of that, though, my satisfaction with PharmacyEscrow.com remains very high.

I gave an order, you had my money for 8 days before you even sent out my order. Your web site said that I will get my order in 10 day. I have never gotten an order from you in 10 days

Time

It seemed it took a much longer time to get this order than any of my other orders. I really need my medicine to get to me faster this time because of an infection. So I was a little frustrated I did not get it sooner.

Package tracking issue

1- Website is very slow.
2- Tracking of the package has much to be desired. There is no way to track the package.
3- Live Chat is VERY slow to respond.
4- Package did eventually arrive; 28 days from ordering.
4- Shipping cost is high.

Good

I gave this company a rating of three this time because this shipment had a few problems. The ease of ordering was great, and the available dosages and pharmacies was good. But like i said there was a problem. I ordered levaquin tabs but only received half my order, it was a larger order and to receive half was disappointing, not sure where the problem was, but to receive half an order is not good. It will not stop me from using this escrow, but i think more could have been done to ensure i received all my product. Thanks

Prompt delivery and a lot Cusomer Service contact

Delivery was blocked due to Credit Card Address being different to Delivery Address. In the modern world I would hope Companies would be able to better fit this policy for people with Multiple Addresses. Having said that after Customer Service contact we got the issue resolved and delivery was was quick.

Initial purchase

This was my first use of this service. I purchased some antibiotics. My intent was to save the long drive to the Dr's office and to avoid having to beg him for the script in anticipation of my next infection and to save a bit of money. The service was fast and fairly simple to use. The various fees Pharmacy Escrow tacks on during the order process negated much of the money savings potential, however. Were it not for these fees, I would give them an outstanding rating. Will I use them again? Perhaps under the right conditions

My first experience with PharmacyEscrow.com

The transaction went smoothly, and the product was delivered as advertised, but my only problem was that the shipping container (a padded envelope) was not sufficient to protect the products. The pills came in blister-packs and this would compromise their shelf life considerably.
