Second Order - A Refill

This was my second order with your company and as with the first, this was a generally good experience. There was one problem that kept coming up (and the reason this was not rated a 5). I ordered a refill (of 180 tablets)that was double my first order. Your representatives on the "live chat", kept referring to my order as if it were only 90 tablets. They had to check and reconfirm each time it was 180. This was a bit of waste of time. In the end, I did receive my 180 tablets and I was delighted! Will use you again on my next reorder.

This was the first time I used your company and I must say, in general, it was a pleasant experience. I especially liked your "live chat" feature as your representatives were very helpful. Only suggestions, and the reason this is not rated a 5, I was new and no one asked me if I was a first time customer? If they understood I was completely ignorant of the process, we probably could have avoided some questions I asked, saving time on both ends. However, overall a good experience.

Product was exactly as described.

The product itself is great. The shipping time though was a little slow. It arrived about 17 business days since when they shipped it. The tracking on it notified me when it reached customs, but then I was left in the dark until it arrived about 10 days later. I will say the customer service was excellent. A live chat agent was able to assist me within a couple minutes. So overall I would definitely order again from them.

Since this was the first time we used this service we were quite pleased but it took us some time to understand how to complete the order, all in all we were satisfied.
